Amazing view. Clean and nice. Feel like home. Easy to supermarket and go to some local experiences. Really really good place to stay!

Really spacious apartment, good cooking amenities, the laundry was very helpful, comfortable bed. Short drive to the Twizel groceries (didn't visit the restaurants), and of course 45 mins to Mount Cook and Lake Tekapo our main destinations to visit. We cooked every day and the cooking space sufficed!

House was great, great views, quiet (neighbours could hardly be heard), spacious, bright. We liked it very much, and would come back

This is probably one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Pictures don’t do justice. The all glass walls on both sides of the home make it very beautiful!

Lisa was great and the place was beautiful and comfortable. Communication was easy with fast responses. Guide and recommendations were great. Hot tub and view of stars was amazing.

Good stay, looking forward to coming back next time

A clean and lovely house. It provides a patio for stargazing. We really like it. During the day time, the mountain view is amazing. We really hope that we could stay there longer.

The twizel air bnb was super nice, clean, homey, complete kitchen appliances, well stocked fridge. The host came to gift us a bottle of merlot, and we got the early check in. Location was perfect near to supermarket, 10mins drive to lake pukaki, great views of the mountains from the house! 🙌

Pros: Definitely a deal for such a stay at Lake Tekapo. Just like home away from home, with every household item you could imagine. There are four rooms, with an array of books and toys for children if you are bringing any. Views are superb, you got lake and mountain views and you can star gaze at the deck/balcony at night! There is plenty of firewood if you want to try out the fireplace. Very cozy in the living room. Sally was very responsive too! Cons: It is a house with some history so there are a few spots that we can’t say it’s perfect, with all bathrooms (including toilet) downstairs, doors need to be closed before reaching certain places, a few spiderwebs and bugs here and there. But that’s all~ It is almost impossible to find a whole house to yourselves at this price, at such a location, with great views. This is certainly a deal if you wish to stay at Lake Tekapo with a reasonable price. Really appreciate it and thank you very much for accommodating us!

Andrea is a very helpful and responsive host. The cottage itself is very cozy and comfortable. Close to groceries and shopping in town. We used the place as a base while visiting Mt.Cook and Lake Pukaki. Wifi is strong and stable. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts have thought of every little detail which made our stay very memorable. They even had an electrical adapter outlet that can take US type devices. I would recommend staying at Andrea's place if you visit Mt.Cook or neighboring areas in New Zealand's south island.

Beautiful remote getaway, closer to Lake and decent drive to Mt Cook.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Twizel! The place was spotless, modern, and very well-maintained, with every detail carefully thought out. The design of the space is not only aesthetically pleasing but also very comfortable and functional. The location is peaceful, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had—highly recommend to anyone visiting Twizel!
