Vacation rentals with a patio in Machakos

I had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making the space feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Communication was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. I’m already looking forward to coming back for another stay!

We arrived, after landing at the airport at 3 am, extremely early with an Uber and had no problems at all checking in and catch some needed sleep immediately. The apartment is cozy, practical and has everything you might need. We had a mild problem with the laundry machine, which was sold swiftly due to excellent communication with the host. Also, after we forgot important items after our checkout, the host deposited them at the security for us to retrieve them later on our tour through the country. I can definitely recommend this accommodation for a stay in Nairobi.

The apartment itself is great, the layout the furniture the lightning the kitchen and the bathroom were all perfect. there's a lot of kitchen equipment so you won't miss anything and everything works perfectly. also very peaceful surroundings and nice view all around from the two balconies and the windows. the area is also nice and there's plenty of shops malls and supermarkets for all you need. it's very safe both outside and inside with cameras and security at all times. would come back again the price is also very affordable.

Sydney’s place was excellent, suited my stay perfectly! I actually will book this place again. Nice minimalist decor, clean and cozy. Superb security with a 24 hour restaurant on ground level. Sydney himself is a very great host. He was very kind and available for arising needs. The place is also at walking distance to Yaya and some popular supermarkets. All in all, an outstanding place.

Loved my stay at Riverside Square-it has a heated swimming pool and another one at the rooftop. Loved that it had a lounge where you can chill and enjoy the views of Nairobi. The environs are so quiet could be perfect for someone working from home.Would come again when in Nairobi!

Great apartment, great location. Martha and Fana were very helpful when we had queries/things needed to be sorted. We really appreciated all the space and amenities in the building. If you are a very light sleeper perhaps challenging since apartment is on the side of building where cars come in (and some beep horns to be let in late) but hey, its central Nairobi so many places will be a bit loud! Overall, lovely stay and very thankful to our kind hosts who went above and beyond.

AMAZING! We honestly don't understand that this house does not only have 5-star ratings! It is such a beautiful farm with a very high ceiling, and one small pool next to the house and a bigger one at the end of the garden. The photos do not do the place justice, it's even nicer in real life. And it feels so much like you're in nature even though it's only a short drive from Nairobi. When driving towards the house one can see zebras and giraffes. Would definitely recommend!! It's a bit expensive but we went with a group so that we could divide the money. All in all: 11 out of 10 for this house.

Honestly a nice little home in nairobi for if you work or want to stay in the area along ngong road between upper hill and junction mall.

The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff was very friendly. The house was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. I also enjoyed fishing on the lake in front of the house using the boat. It would have been even better if there had been a private washing machine available.

Crystal is an amazing host - very attentive, kind, and helpful. She’s also just an all-around great person, which is rare in this world, and greatly appreciated :) Her home is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need for a wonderful long-term stay. The refrigerator is huge, which is very hard to find in airbnb’s in Kenya. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cups, dishes, silverware, and pots you could ever need. Both the property and neighborhood are very safe - I never had to worry about my safety during my stay. The avocado tree in the front yard is a blessing (if you love avocados, which I do lol). There is a very comfortable sunbathing table in the front yard as well. I highly recommend this property and host! Thanks so much, Crystal - you’re the best!!!

Wow. The view is truly amazing. A secret gem in Nairobi. Few minor issues. But hands down one of the top 3 places I’ve stayed in Nairobi. If you’re a view lover like myself. Do it!!!

If we could give Jessica 6 stars we would! The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and safe. The beds were wonderful, kitchen worked well, clothes washer was helpful, and view from the 14th floor was terrific. Especially helpful was the property manager, Michael, who was responsive, an effective communicator, and a helpful resource about the city. A great place to stay!

The location was great, and the apartment had plenty of space. It was also very clean, and the host was super flexible with check-in and check-out, which made everything really convenient

We had a lovely stay, Catherine’s apartment is beautiful the view from the balcony is lovely and it is possible to spot wildlife. It is close to the SGR terminus and airport so very convenient for us arriving from Mombasa. Security was good and it was easy to travel using uber or bolt. I will definitely consider booking it again if travelling to Nairobi.

Firstly, Kenji is a wonderful host. Quick to respond and willing to help where he can. The apartment was easy to find and was exactly as in the photos including all the amenities listed. Overall, it was a great experience staying at Kenji’s place.

My stay at Peters apartment was fantastic. He is a very kind and responsive host. When there was a problem ( so small not worth mentioning) He came over personally and made sure it was solved in a timely fashion. What’s not mentioned it’s other complementary services like replenishing water and housekeeping came everyday and clean the whole apartment, which is unheard of for that price! There’s a decent full functioning gym on the ground floor and free parking. Location is great if you want to be close to town ( 350m from sarit centre) All in all I had a great experience and felt Safe at all times! Highly recommended and will return next time I’m in Nairobi.

We loved our stay at Beata’s place. The view of Nairobi from the balcony was just stunning, and peaceful. The apartment is also very lovely! Beata was quick to answer and help - and we’d love to come back another time.
