Fantastic apartment. New and very nice. Close to all Salamanca sites. Very recommended.

The house is perfect, everything is clean and everything is working. Plenty of activities to do in the area, the very kind host. I don't like fun facts that could have been improved. Thank you so much for everything, we look forward to repeating!

This Studio is bigger than what it seems in the pictures. Very tastefully decorated with high quality linen and all other consumables. A lot of thought has gone into this place - like having multiple charging points at convenient locations, using of very soothing room fresheners. The bathroom is spacious & much bigger than what studio apartments usually have. The hostess was extremely helpful and gracious, even though we delayed our confirmed arrival time. She met us at the Car Park and walked us to the Studio which we highly appreciate. Due to the central location, every place is within 10 minutes walking. Only issue is - again as it is so central, there is a lot of street noise of tourists walking by, that does come up. Overall gem of a place.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's apartment! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The apartment is very charming and ideally suited for a family of 3-4 people. Our child especially loved the second floor. Alex was very responsive and friendly, answering all our questions quickly. He also provided a parking space, which was very important for us. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is perfect for a few days, the hostess attended us very well, the location is excellent, the cleanliness is unbeatable and above all the heating in all areas of the house. I would definitely go back to the same house again. You are a perfect vacation.

Great value for money and close to Cathedral area. Able to walk everywhere and with a bus to the station right outside the building door. Very helpful host ( not Pilar, but Manuel). Brought me a book about The Civil Law in English as I expressed an interest in learning about the war. It is an attic apartment so only view is through a skylight. Lots of interesting books, art & decorations. I was very comfortable here.

Beautiful place!!! Views were amazing in this penthouse and right in the center of everything!! We were able to walk everywhere, lots to do in the Plaza!! Highly recommended!!! Very clean and accommodating!! Thanks Jose!!

Apartment with incredible views, very well decorated for the Christmas date with many Christmas details. Very clean and very spacious. The spectacular terrace overlooking the cathedral and very close to the walking center. We would repeat!
