Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

The house, porch, terrace, and garden are great! We had a great time with our two dogs, who didn't stop running around the garden. The only thing we didn't like is the proximity of the freeway and the noise from the driveway cars, but could be used in two or three days:)

The place fully matched the pictures. The flexible self check-in was also very easy to implement. There was nothing lacking in the accommodation itself, everything mentioned in the description could also be found there. Overall, I can only recommend the place because I would book it myself on occasion. :-)

This simply stunning house has spoiled me for any future Airbnb bookings. A breathtakingly beautiful yet comfortable space in a wonderful location, Harbour House is also superbly well-appointed from the most comfortable bed with its deluxe linen sheets and quality air conditioning systems to the generous supply of coffee pods, luxury toiletries and quality kitchen equipment and tableware. I could go on! The location is also worthy of mention - it was right at the heart of the old town and close to everything yet never noisy (my earplugs went unworn!) - and the views delightful from the lovely terrace. Louisa was also hugely helpful in planning our trip - both in person and via her thoughtful guide packed with great recommendations and suggested itineraries. Do take her advice (it is spot on) and do mention her when booking restaurants and activities, I am sure it got us even better tables on occasion. This place is a real gem and if you have booked and are yet to go, I envy you!

very beautiful house and thoughtful. When we arrived it was super clean and cool after they had provided to regulate the temperature. We loved the huge garden where there were games and activities.. we enjoyed it and our dogs!! communication with Ron was easy and direct to what we needed. Thank you!

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We had a great stay at Nea Roda Apartments. Ioannis is a great host, very friendly and available. The apartment is super clean and decorated with taste. Nea Roda is a calm and dreamy little beach town... Everything one needs. Highly recommended!

The lake view was very nice, the house was warm, I had questions before renting the house and she answered them all very quickly. After settling in the house, he returned to every question very quickly and gave local advice. The interior of the house was clean, there were enough items. There were special machines installed so that insects would not enter, and when we went home, he turned on the air conditioner and heater in advance to keep it hot. Highly recommend. You can reach the lake in 6-7 minutes. Getting to the lake can be difficult for children or the elderly only as the house is elevated

Perfect apartment for a stay in Bansko! We stayed in this apartment during the New Year period, and we can’t recommend it enough. The location is fantastic: very close to the gondola to go up the mountain and just a short walk from the main street where all the restaurants are. Despite its proximity to everything, the apartment is in a quiet area, far from the noise of the nightlife. The apartment is spacious and well-organized: the sofa is comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, and the storage unit near the entrance is ideal for storing mountain gear. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. A special highlight was the balcony: we enjoyed an amazing view of the New Year’s fireworks! Everything was incredibly comfortable, and the host, Dimitar, was very kind and always available for any needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Bansko.

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

Marianna was a great host; communicated clearly, arrived on time for check in, was flexible as regards the check out. The place itself is in the center of thessaloniki, homey and clean.

The whole stay was perfect. Accommodation, cleanliness , coziness , warm welcome, feel like home - everything was on an immaculate level. Vladi and his family are great people who pay attention to you, they are interested during the stay ,if everything is ok. The house, the barbellito, the view all corresponds to 100% of the pictures. I am extremely happy with our stay there. If you have a road to Smolyan or the area don't wonder where to stay, this is your place!!! We will definitely come back when we have time , I recommend 100%. The nicest, calm , cozy and full of nice emotions stay, thanks to Vladi and all his family!!!

We had a lovely stay in early January and this is why it worh mentioning that the temperature was very nice (to high) inside by only using the inverter. A very clean place, offering everything that you may need including for a longer period. Although we didn’t use it also the terrace with a lovely view over the city is to be taken into account. A very good communication and interaction with the hosts; although we didn’t encounter any challenges I am sure that would have been resolved promptly considering the communication. Kavala is a great place to visit - we focused on hikes - and we plan to come back and stay at this place.
