Vacation rentals in Lyles

This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

Very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to almost everything in Nashville but far enough away from the busyness of the city to relax. It was very quiet there and we heard no noise from the neighbors. The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Having 2.5 baths was great to have when everyone was getting dressed.

We had an amazing stay! It was very clean, plenty of necessities, and the host was very responsive and friendly! 10/10 would recommend staying here! The view was amazing!!

My daughter and I recently stayed at this historic Airbnb and it was an unforgettable experience. From the antique furnishings, every corner told a story. Despite the age the home was well-maintained, clean and cozy. The location was also ideal with easy access to local attractions. If you love, history and unique accommodations, this is a perfect choice.

We have stayed at another of Gretchen's properties on previous visits and this new place did not disappoint! The home was cozy, clean, comfortable, and warm. We travel to the area frequently for business workshops and we always want Gretchen to host our future stays. It was a beautiful home! I highly recommend.

Cool “Loft style” stay in the heart of the action! As shown and described. Easy in and out. Parking is a bit pricey, but appears to be the trend across the Broadway area of Nashville now. Might be worth it to park outside the area and ride share over to start the stay. Everything you want to do is easily walkable. Printers Alley is directly behind the building and Broadway is blocks away. Starbucks is next door for morning coffee with plenty of dining options close by.

Our group had a wonderful stay here. Slept all 9 of us comfortably. Everything was clean and lots to do with a quick Uber anywhere. The place is gorgeous. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely book again.

We stayed at this air bnb for my bachelorette! It was the perfect house and great location for walking and going to downtown. It was super clean and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The host were very responsive and friendly. The instructions were also clear and we had no trouble getting into the air bnb.
