Listing as described, nice location right next to the caves, quiet environment. Shelley welcomed us very warmly, was attentive.

Very nice stopover in a charming house. A plus: the garden and hosting my pet. Very good communication. I recommend it.

Very peaceful site, pleasant house and as advertised, only small downside: too bad that the games room and terrace are not completely finished

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

We had a great time on the terrace among the birdsong. We hope to come back as soon as possible... Thanks to Catherine and the hostess for this cocooning house

this is the second time we have enjoyed this accommodation with our two children and our dog. and it was always a pleasure to enjoy the spacious and enclosed garden, the functional house, but above all the ideal location of this house. A stone's throw from the village square and its daily market ( the U express too), a few streets from the caves and the view of the estuary, and 10/12 minutes walk from the beach of the nuns, you can only feel like a vacation in this charming house. it's just missing a washing machine for it to be perfect . Which doesn't stop us from booking it for next summer with great pleasure.

Comfortable accommodation, large pleasant and bright studio with sea views. The city center is accessible on foot quite quickly, especially very pleasant by the sea. Isabelle is very responsive in short we had a lovely stay at her place and in St Palais in general.
