What to say... quiet moment in this little setting of greenery, water and calm. The place is beautiful. a weekend of rest. we loved it. Svitlana is very welcoming and very warm and this fold in 4 for her hosts. You can go there without a second thought. and we'll be back for sure. Bernard and Monique's house is a lovely house, very well arranged, well heated, perfectly located close to the sea. The layout is perfect for a family with the possibility for parents to benefit from a separate bedroom and bathroom, and for children, to be well settled on the first floor... The welcome is both warm and respectful of hosts. It's a great place and we'll be happy to come back.

Absolutely perfect for our party of 7 with two small children. The gite was clean with decent sized rooms, four bedrooms, three bathroooms, kitchen, dining room, dining terrace. Kitchen was very well equipped. Outside was a dining terrace for 9 with BBQ. The shared pool was excellent with sun loungers for everyone on the site. The large garden had children's swings/slides, bikes, table tennis, football and badminton. There were so many toys and games available (indoor and outdoor) that our children were never bored. Isabelle and Sebastien were very friendly, helpful and even gifted us a good bottle of wine on arrival. The gite is out in the countryside and 3 miles from Mortagne-sur-Gironde which had a great boulangerie, small coop and a pizza restaurant. Big supermarkets are 13-15 minutes away. Beaches at Messchers (15 minutes) and St Georges du Didonne (20 minutes) . The gite terraces are side by side with thin separating hedges, so a quiet time can't be absolutely guaranteed.

A great stay with Mélanie and Benoît who are very welcoming. The place is really very comfortable and bright. It is well located to discover Royan because the city center is very close on foot. We'll be happy to go back.

Kevin and Alisson are responsive and welcoming hosts. We found all the comfort and calm necessary for our stay at the "Wooded Villa" with in particular a well-equipped kitchen! Note, despite a certain distance from the city center, the accommodation is not far from a bus stop making it very easy to get to the train station. A home that I recommend it without hesitating.

Great house close to beach and shops. Very pleasant and functional living area. Everything is within walking distance (shops, beach, sailing club...). Very comfortable bedding. We had a lovely stay in Valéry's house.
