Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

A stay to remember. let me just start saying that Magda is truly amazing and extremely helpful and responsive. The place was amazing and our stay was perfect. Definitely going to be here the next time we visit Forte as you don’t need to look somewhere else !

The space was beautiful, clean, equipped and well organized, everything worked perfectly, and Romina also left us the breakfast supplies, we appreciated it. The surroundings with a truly bucolic and relaxing hilly landscape, with a beautiful view and that invites you to walk. We were 5 plus the little dog and we had a great time, no problem. Our little dog was welcome too.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

We felt immediately at home and comfortable. The landscape in the middle of the mountains was fantastic. The village small, charming and sleepy. A lot of effort was put into the decor of the house, it is attention to detail and cozy.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Thanks! 😊

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

I have stayed in many hotels, hostels, B&B's & Airbnbs. The standard of Gina's apartment surpasses most! immaculately clean, all amenities catered for. We slept in extremely comfortable beds and slept well. Gina herself is the jewel in the crown. always available to help or offer suggestions for foods entertainment etc. I feel she is a new friend!
