The backup power setup is great, the power never actually went out even during power outages - the provided fan made it comfortable to sleep during these times. A Perfect Escape in Nature! This property in the game reserve is an absolute gem! Surrounded by breathtaking nature, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and connect with the wild. The natural pool is a highlight—so serene and refreshing, it feels like it’s part of the landscape itself. The walking paths are well-marked, making it easy to explore without worry, and the abundance of wildlife is incredible! From curious Zebras to colorful birds, there’s always something exciting to spot. Lawrence was welcoming, and Rachel was very prompt in responding to messages. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway immersed in nature! Will definitely be back!

The apartment is better than in the pictures. It is perfectly clean, cozy, without being cluttered and has everything you might need. The outside area is lovely to just sit enjoy the garden. I am a long-term guest and besides the great apartment, much comes down to Anisa being a fantastic host. She replies quickly, goes the extra mile to ensure your comfortable and takes the time in person to show you everything you might need to know about the property. This is also reflected in her two lovely staff Eddy and Elizabeth who keep everything spotless. Also, everything in the city is easily accessible from this location. All in all, if you are traveling to Lusaka, I highly recommend Anisa's place.

I booked Roan House for my mom and two aunts, and the host showed them amazing hospitality. They went above and beyond to make their visit comfortable and memorable. They were attentive to their needs, provided local recommendations, and their overall warmth made a significant difference in their experience. A definite 5 star experience for my mom!!
