What an amazing find in Avondale. The house was exactly like the photos, it was clean and homely. The staff were friendly and great hosts. We felt right at home and will certainly be back upon our return. Thank you Momba and Sam for making our stay so special and memorable.

We wanted some where secure, clean and in a peaceful area and this exactly what we got. Given the power situation in Zambia this year. The inverter did the job automatically with a need for us to do anything and there was also a gas cooker readily available for cooking purposes. I was especially pleased that the fridge/freezer and other kitchen appliances worked with the inverter as other places do not provide this . The Property Manager Mary was super responsive there was a slight problem shower head and offered to send a plumber through at our Convenience Same to other issues, Very friendly, helpful and flexible it was a good choice and if chosen would be one you would not regret. We had amazing experience and it was worth it beautiful house Thank you Emma

Beautiful home with good staff and Ian was always available for us and the communication both ways was very effective. Hope to stay here in the future.
