Our stay at Sari and Jaana’s mökki was absolutely wonderful! We spent nearly a month in this serene Finnish retreat, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complementary drink and snacks for our dogs and felt right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the tranquility of the location. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the mökki provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We enjoyed peaceful mornings with the sound of birds chirping and serene evenings next to the lake. It was the ideal spot to relax and recharge. Sari and Jaana’s hospitality was exceptional. They thoughtfully provided potable water, which was incredibly kind and convenient. Communication with them was smooth and efficient throughout our stay. We had a very nice stay at Krista's place to celebrate Midsummer (Juhannus). Krista provided clear directions for finding our way and checking in was very smooth, as we were provided with ample information. The booklet providing information about the accommodation and the surrounding area were also very appreciated. Krista was also very quick to respond to all of our inquiries during our stay. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Great place in a peaceful environment. The interior and exterior of the house are really nice and functional. Communicating quickly and friendly. Now, it was Lapland's luxury cottages second and only a couple of hours from Helsinki!👍

Very cozy place to stay for the weekend. It was clean and tidy, all the essentials was there. Very good grill and easy to use, outside kitchen was also nice. Sauna was easy to use. I recommend the place for everyone.

Kirsi's house is in a beautiful location on the shores of a large lake where you can swim if you want . The place is lovely. The very nice and well-kept house had all the necessary spaces to manage three couples of people. The garden is large and well cared for, you can eat outside looking at the lake, really nice!The sauna space is also magnificent. Kirsi is always kind and helpful. Thank you!

Lovely place in the woods. I stayed 2 nights. The sauna is great and the lake is walking distance. There is also a grill outside for bbq which we used. We definitely come back

The place to stay is located in a quiet area just a short distance from the lake. There's also a shop nearby. Birgitta was there to greet us and show you the apartment. The apartment was very clean. We found all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The sauna crowned the stay. In the evening, it was nice to relax on the couch and watch TV. An air source heat pump was a nice addition. There was also a ball and poop bags for the dog on the dresser in the hallway. A small thing, but it reflects how four-legged friends are also attention. Unfortunately, the dog and I were only passing through for one night, so we didn't get to know the surroundings of Ikaalinen. For an evening and morning walk, we went to the lake, where there was a really beautiful fall landscape. I can warmly recommend Birgita and her apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Erika’s cabin. Nice location close to several national parks (30-60 min drive away). Sauna by the lake had a nice view, especially during sunset. The kitchen had a dishwasher and a good oven that cooked our food quickly.
