We appreciate the cleanliness of the premises upon arrival, the tasteful decoration and the amenities of the apartment (utensils in very good condition, coffee machine and pods, dishwasher tablets). Apartment as described very cozy, comfortable and well equipped! Isabelle and Jean-Philippe are very friendly hosts, responsive in their communication, and proactive. The apartment matches the photos, is very quiet and was very clean when we arrived. I would highly recommend it!

First visit to Pont-à-Mousson, and at Georges's, and certainly not the last! We had a lovely stay at Arsim's place. Our 2-year-old son enjoyed it, too. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and well-equipped in addition to its good location.

Come to this relaxing place with ease to reach the lake on foot , even the doggie didn't want to leave!! Beautiful retreat on the edge of the forest. We felt very comfortable in this new house. Everything that was needed was available. Bed linen and towels were provided. Soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, a hair dryer, washing pods, coffee, tea, etc. were also available. From the couch we had a beautiful view over Dabo. Léo was always quickly accessible and left no questions unanswered. As a souvenir, we got a key fob 🥰 we would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable. Everything is as described and in the photos. The location is very central and you can walk to the nearby lake and the center where there are many restaurants. Unfortunately, there were a few days problems with the heating. Due to minus temperatures, the heat pump did not manage to heat the heaters properly. However, Emelie (contact on site) tried everything to solve the problem. The fireplace also allowed you to solve the problem a little. What has not been solved so well is that you yourself have to dispose of your garbage at a recycling station (3 min. walk), as a large garbage zone is missing. It should also be mentioned that the room doors are no longer up-to-date. They are very noisy and also do not seal well. This is not optimal if you have small babies. However, there are really only small things. Otherwise we highly recommend the accommodation. We didn't miss anything and we felt very much. We would come back.

We spent 3 days with the family at Véronique's. The house is great and even if there were 7 of us, everyone found their space and privacy. The decor is taken care of and there are many equipment. Everything is done to have a great stay! Not to mention the fireplace, raclette set and foosball that made us have great evenings. A big thank you to Véronique who was good advice! We had a little snow and we were afraid to get stuck as the access to the house is steep. No problem, the messenger came by before we even had time to stress out! Small downside (but really because we have to find one): we had come to enjoy the Christmas markets and over 3 days, car trips were numerous because the house is not as close as we thought to Colmar or Strasbourg (but probably we could have been better informed from the start😉).

We had a great time with the family, the house is very well located (city center and lake within walking distance) and very well equipped (special mention for equipment for infants and young children). Concierge service was responsive. We recommend it 100%!

Large house on the edge of the village on a large fenced property. Marked as "private" drawers/rooms and décor items distributed everywhere at all times remind you that it is not a hotel but a private house with its own charm. In the bathroom little storage space, an empty shelf for guests would be nice. Thank you so much for letting me use one of the two garages, so the car was snow and ice-free for departure no later than 11 am. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the tranquility. Would book again at any time.

Very welcoming hosts. The apartment is a small cocoon in the center of Gerardmer, neat decor, very clean accommodation, everything you need is on site. Great location, everything is within walking distance, from the lake, to the city center through restaurants, bars and the market... Great stay with family.

The couple is very nice and hospitable. Even before we arrived, you prepared the rooms for our needs, as we were traveling with a child. There were extremely many toys for the child and we also received damp towels. On New Year's Eve we used the barbecue hut - a real dream for men😁. The communication was flawless and our messages were very quick to respond. The rooms were clean and the apartment was very well equipped. The internet was also very fast (~300MBits/s). Many ideas for excursions were summarized in one folder. We had a very nice time and would be happy to come back if we want to go to Alsace! Thanks again to Gillou and Emilie!

Had a pleasant stay at Patrice's apartment. Check-in and checkout instructions are simple and clear. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the lake and to the city center, everything can be reached on foot. The apartment is very complete, whether in terms of amenities but also garage and linen provided. The pellet stove added a very warm side to the apartment and allowed us to spend good times with the family in the living room, as well as sharing good meals around this large table. The 3 bedrooms available allow everyone to have their own space, there were 7 of us and didn't walk on it. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks again

We had a great time in this apartment. Located on the 13th floor, it has a wonderful view of the city, which adds real charm to the place. The apartment is very quiet, ideal for resting after a busy day. Basement parking is a real plus, especially if you come by car. In addition, the place is close to the city center, making it easy to do anything on foot. Finally, a big thank you to Sebastien who was super nice and very helpful, always available to answer our questions and make our stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marion’s house and would definitely recommend this place. The apartment is big enough for two people and has everything you would need. We didn’t have any problems at all and were lucky to have a chance to explore the stunning views of the nature around. We felt in love with the mountains, lakes, waterfalls, which are to be found around. With a car it’s also not too far to the picturesque towns in Alsace, which are a must visit especially during the Christmas season. Marion is a super friendly host, it was a real pleasure for me and my husband to be her guests during this short stay and we would be happy to come again
