Vacation rentals with beach access in Lunenburg County

We loved our stay at B2 Loft. The Rosebay was a perfect pied-a-terre in Lunenburg: easy access, central to all things, comfortable & well-designed. We can’t wait to come back.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

I booked this Airbnb for my daughter (adult) and I as a girls trip for shopping. I ended up unavailable to go but my daughter stayed and loved the Airbnb. It was cozy, well kept and had everything she needed with a coastal, antique flair. We do plan on returning again this summer, longer next time! Highly recommend. Great hosts, super helpful.

Excellent host and very hospitable. The accommodation was very clean. Location is great because it is very close to Dalhousie.

Interior is modern and very comfortable and the swim spa and patio area are private, with great views of the bay during the day and the stars at night. Easy access to Hailfax and the surrounding area.

The house was absolutely 100% perfect! Smooth transition right from the first moment we connected. The home is beyond what you’d expect. Her decor was so creative and a lot of thought was put into creating a warm & inviting environment. Everything is labelled and easy to find. The view from the gazebo makes for an incredible experience watching the sunset or sunrise 🌅 There was fresh cinnamon buns, condiment’s in the fridge but other thoughtful things like a popcorn maker, a Brita water pitcher, beach towels, a picnic blanket, first aid kit and so many more item to mention. You won’t lack for anything because she’s thought of it all. This is a must stay! Thank you to you both, our honeymoon was so wonderful ❣️♥️

Holly & James are some of the best hosts out there! Their place was comfortable and home-like. Everything you'd need for a short or long stay (I stayed 2+ weeks). They're super friendly, and very responsive and helpful when needed. I'm sure I could go on and on if asked, so I'll just end with the fact that I'd have no qualms whatsoever staying at their place again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking at staying in Dartmouth.

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with a spa day nearby. The 4 bedrooms was a dream! The house had all we needed and then some. The host was amazing from beginning to end. Responsive. Proactive. Friendly. We spent 2 stormy nights and we're cozy the whole time. Thanks for the great weekend.

Solid 5 star accommodation, setting, hosting, responsiveness.This place is first class in terms of design, cleanliness, view, furnishings, equipping, etc. 5 Star hosts as well. There was a minor problem with one room and Jay gave us a fully transparent heads up before we arrived and a full spectrum of options to mitigate it- including a full refund option. The problem was minor but I wanted to pass this on as Jay-Nate and Deep were super ethical, responsive, solution oriented and caring. Rent this place and you get a 5 star airbnb and 5 star hosts. Will have to come back in the summer and experience the wonderful hot tub on something less than a minus 21C air temp visit. Thank You Jay, Nate and Deep!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We are local to NS and love the south shore, the location is between two beautiful beaches and the view from the house was gorgeous. The house itself was clean and spacious, the kitchen was stocked well with supplies to cook and there were plenty of towels, robes, and pillows. Overall our stay was amazing and I can’t think of anything that would’ve made it better!

Very happy with the accommodations. It had everything you might need, from prepping meals, entertaining in doors by or enjoying outdoor activities. The location is quiet, with beautiful scenery and friendly wildlife to enjoy. Thomas was easy to get a hold of to assist with settling in to the property. Great place for a get away.

We couldn’t have been luckier with the weather. We had clear, blue skies the entire time which meant we woke to gorgeous sunrises streaming through the huge ocean-facing windows. And the full moon rose right in the path of the front gable window. The Gaff Point hike is great and very close by (short drive), and the Rose Bay Store & Bistro is wonderful for breakfast, lunch, and/or supper. This is a very cozy oceanside retreat. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay over the holidays with family. The ocean view is spectacular, especially at sunset! Views from The Nest are particularly breathtaking. Enjoyed the cozy fireplace. The place is fully stocked and immaculate. Lots of table and kitchen island space to eat together, play games, etc. We highly recommend Kim’s place and will stay here again!

Marta and Jons place is perfect to getaway from the city. Located minutes away from the beaches, you get to enjoy the serene seaside without driving too far. They are an awesome host with clear instructions from the get go. The house was clean and adorable, has all the amenities you need for a great stay. Thanks Jon and Marta!

My favorite airbnb ever! So clean and comfortable and well-stocked, also really beautifully decorated. Private but also a convenient location. I loved greeting the animals at the farm next door every morning and hanging out on the beach or in the garden. Angie & Scott were super helpful and welcoming. I hope I can stay again!
