This place fit my needs and exceeded in total privacy, and high end meticulous decor. I travelled all day went to the place I was supposed to stay and it wasn’t right, I booked Belinda and she had the place ready instantly, sent me the codes, and it really gave me a chance to decompress after a very hard day! Would have stayed longer if it wasn’t booked up! Rare find, located in safe prime neighborhood

Thank you, we had a pleasant stay at Prime Apartments. Daily cleaning and laundry a couple of times a week was great, thanks to Joyce! Peaceful location and walking distance to Chandarana supermarket and Artcaffe restaurant. Felt safe with the guards.

My stay for a month went smooth. The apartment is very spacious, and the kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. The space is a short walking distance to Sarit and Westgate mall, so it is very easy to get all your shopping needs met. The wifi is fast enough to get some work done and the rooftop pool is a great place to lounge and relax. The manager of the space is very responsive and quickly solved any inquires I had.

Had a peaceful stay felt like home...a week past and didn't even miss home...will definitely recommend to others...it was worth a stay..thanks Joyce

Dawn is a kind and friendly host. She was very responsive when I checked in, and also assisted with any questions I had about the area or about the apartment. I was working remotely full time during my stay and the wifi worked well. There there is also a desk to make remote work more comfortable. The place was very clean and during my stay it was cleaned regularly. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. The house is decorated well and makes you feel comfortable at home. There is a mall with a big supermarket about 1-3 mins walk. The location is very central, but located outside of the CBD. It is easy to get to anywhere in Nairobi from here.

The 2-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The location in Riverside is safe, peaceful, and close to Westlands and the city center. Jing was responsive and accommodating. Perfect for both business and leisure—I’d definitely stay here again!

I missed a flight, Esther understood my situation and adjusted my booking accordingly. Easy to deal with. I actually called her at 1 A.m and she picked 😂 She is a professional, helpful and informed! Excellent place to stay ! 10/10 recommended

This was an amazing family space with awesome facilities. Despite the pool not being a heated one, kids still enjoyed the serenity. As much as the security were just doing their job at the gate, I had one of them who kept giving me a hard time in three different occasion. The one that got to my nerves was, when he denied my partner, who came in later after I already checked in, to go up stairs because she didn’t have a physical ID. She was willing to record her details on the visitors book and share a digital copy of her identification card. The security was so rude that, he asked my partner to go back from where she came from and come back with an ID or else she wouldn’t go upstairs. That was extreme. Generally, the space is worth all the Penny. I highly recommend it

nice place in a somewhat closed community, feels safe. apartment had everything needed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. very accomodating host. worth knowing it is a 5th floor walk up if you have any mobility issues. really liked the place, will be back for sure.

Hands down the best airbnb I have ever seen in Kenya. From the security guards at the door to the cleaning room lady, everyone was highly professional. I stayed with my two kids, it was safe and conveniently located like 3mins walk to Sarit Center. They have a small restaurant on site with diverse menu. We loved everything they made. Kids especially lover their pancakes! There is so much positives to say about these apartments so let me just say I will never stay anywhere else while in Nairobi as long as they have availability. Catherines place was extremely nice. it has all the things needed for a pleasant stay. The pictures make it look a bit larger than it is in real life, but the smaller size makes it a very cozy place, perfect for a couple. It was very clean, which is always a plus. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, but a quick message to Catherine, and the issue is resolved. Catherine went out of her way to help us, both with a later checkout, and with finding a new place, when I got a minor health issue. can definitely recommend Catherines place.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Ebyan’s. Her place is beautiful and very clean. Ebyan is a great host, flexible and friendly. We’ve really enjoyed staying at her place. I highly recommend her place. Hoping to be back there soon.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Leila was always responsive, even when we had to check in way earlier than check in time, she was very flexible. My kids loved the place. Kennedy the care taker was amazing. Always responding on time. Generally it was a home away from home. Leila I will definitely come back next time. Thank you very much for hosting us. Totally loved my experience here, I was staying with my family and I really loved the kitchen it was fully fitted. The dinning and living space was just perfect 10/10. My interaction with the host was effective, Emmaculate is responsive and friendly. The apartment is located in a good neighborhood, we walked to and from the shopping mall with ease. The security at the gate were friendly and ready to help .

I did a long term stay, and it's been fantastic. The house is bright, airy and well designed. It's been a pleasure to live here! Shelmith is a wonderful host who is always making sure that I have everything. In the heart of town, and yet quiet and green. I highly recommend it!
