Felt right at home, relaxing and joyful place! Extremely recommended!

I stayed for 3 nights in this place, it's cozy and clean. In addition to the coffee machine, for free use, there are bottles of wine and beer in the house, which have been made to us already in the fridge, and some snacks (cookies, taralli), which can be consumed with a small surcharge. I found it a very nice idea! The house is in a strategic position to visit both La Spezia and Massa and surroundings both in Liguria and Tuscany. Communication has always been easy and everything was as described. Very flexible check-in and check-out, Giovanni is really kind! Simple but functional house, I recommend it!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Functional accommodation and really close to the old town. Anna is a responsive and really attentive host. I appreciated his responsiveness to the processing of my request because no coffee maker available in the apartment for the perit dej. So I sent Anne a message and 5 minutes later, I got the coffee maker, thank you!

This was among the top places we've stayed. The apartment had a great layout and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy, the host was super friendly, the kitchen was well equipped, and there were even treats waiting for us when we arrived! The location just outside the city walls was great - quiet but easy to walk to everything. We also took advantage of the public spring water tap at the end of the block... the regular tap water is fine, but that water was delicious.

It's a shame we can't put 6 stars. We had a week-long stay with family. And we just felt like we were with family with a simply great welcome. Claudia was very attentive to us. I really recommend the mirandola. Hopefully we will be back sometime.

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very friendly and always available to us even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us ancillary services for our daughter who sprained herself during our vacation. It feels like she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what to say about the location: only 10 minutes walk from the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's great when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet overnight. The accommodation is very functional and very lovely. Everything is done to make us feel good. Grazie mille Daniela

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

Nice and spacious accommodation close to town and beach. Paolo was a nice host who was easy to deal with.

A beautiful place, the place was very clean. The beds were made upon arrival, we had to put our bags down. The pool with the excellent view! The ideal location, quiet and which allowed us to discover Tuscany. Giulia and Cristiano are very welcoming and always smiling. The shared spaces are very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Gemma is a very kind and extremely attentive host. We were greeted with wonderful gifts that cheered us for our stay. Apartment clean and suitable for families with small children. Convenient parking and just a few meters from the entrance. Experience to repeat!!!!

The accommodation is very nice, very special with a very nice small terrace. Located near the station and also close to the sea. Viareggio is a beautiful town full of life. We were very lucky to find this apartment at an honest price. The owners were very kind and patient, we really appreciate them. Giuliana, a thoughtful host and attentive to the needs of a couple with a 3-year-old. We found more for him in the house than we could expect. So much space both inside and out, on the terrace, where you can have lunch and relax. Very central location, convenient to everything. Marina di Carrara is a pleasant discovery.

We only spent two days at Fabrizio's, but we are very glad that we chose his apartment, spacious, bright, with wooden floors and not tiles, which is rare in Italy. The beds are comfortable! Bicycles simply saved us! We moved everywhere only on them and very quickly. Fabrizio is very flexible and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.
