Thatch Bay Cottage is absolutely AMAZING! The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. The scenic views, private-feeling beach and remote location made this Airbnb one of the best ones yet. Hosts were VERY responsive and proactive with their communication, and they truly thought of every last little detail to make this a memorable stay - down to a 28-page PDF with local recommendations, tips and other helpful info. We had a such a great time in Exuma, and this house was a central part of the lasting memories we created. Book it! You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful home with amenities as listed. I rented a small SUV and it was worthwhile for accessing the house and also reaching beaches across the exumas. The house is quite stocked with cooking basics and several reusable bags for the grocery store. The washer/dryer is a great amenity. Also lots of beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel equipment. Stand-up paddle boards and kayaks great for exploring the ocean and sandbar and mangroves. The only downside for me were the insect bites from sand fleas in the backyard and made the beach unusable for me, even with bug spray, any time of day.

Amazing stay at Poco a Poco, house and beach front location was exceptionally beautiful. Tons to do at house and great location for exploring the rest of Exuma, would highly recommend! The host Eric and house manager where both outstanding in their proactive communication and responsiveness to ad hoc questions.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Bungalows! We rented both #1 and #2 since we had two girls with us and it was the perfect setup. Both Bungalows were so well equipped and the views out of our windows directly to the water were so serene and beautiful. Larry was always responsive to us in just a few short minutes with any issues that we encountered which only had to do with the sophisticated locks that are present on the units. The issue was solved in very short order and we never had another problem. The beds were all so comfortable and we slept like babies listening to the gentle breezes and ocean sounds. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we could need and the lovely large bathroom was perfect for my wife and I in our unit. The other unit had 1 1/2 bathrooms which worked so well for the girls. In short, we definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip to Exuma!

We’ve stayed at Paradise Point before and absolutely well again, it was even better than we remembered as Travis has done numerous upgrades and added many amenities such as paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling gear and a huge assortment of games! The entire home is so well equipped for all of your needs. Theresa the caretaker had the place spotless and was there for anything we needed. The name describes this home best and Paradise Point is on the best beach on the island with incredible views!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Harbor House! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The beachfront rental was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The thoughtful welcome packet provided all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay, which was such a nice touch. One of the highlights of our trip was the tour we took with Dee from Dee’s Tours. She is knowledgeable and passionate about the island. We visited so many hidden gems that we would have never discovered on our own, and her insights made the experience even more special. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or explore the local area, Harbor House is perfect for an unforgettable getaway. Highly recommend!

This is our 4th visit to this property, but the 1st with the new owner, Spencer. He remodeled the entire home and its grounds. It is spectacular!! Its like your own little paradise!! We always have treasured the privacy this property offers, but the addition of the beach and all the furniture to accommodate anything you want to do to enjoy the outdoors is a major plus. They even brought us an outside couch to sit in the shade!! WOW! There are kayaks, paddle boards and rafts there for the water. The upgrades and updates to the inside the home are gorgeous!! The stocked kitchen, brand new bathroom, new linens, chests of drawers in the bedrooms, lighting, flooring, washer & dryer, outside shower to name a few. My husband enjoys bone fishing and rented a boat from Spencer's contact for 3 of the days so he could explore and fish further from the house than usual. He loved it!! He said he will do that every time from now on. Thank you so much for another amazing vacation!! We will be back!!

was a nice stay in the bahamas, friendly and fast comminication wit the hosts. make sure to book a tour to see the islands around. next time I'd rent a car to explore some more places.

Great place to stay. Home was very clean and very nice close to town to catch the water taxi or rent a boat with them. I would definitely stay again .

We had a great time here. The restaurants are all close enough to drive within a few minutes but you are in a quiet area to sit on the deck at night or in the sand while the tide comes back in. It was beautiful

We had an excellent time at the south side cottage. We loved the privacy, beach access and activities offered. The central location was convenient. The cottage was clean and exactly as advertised. Tammy was helpful prior to our arrival, and Seron and Gail were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend it and it’s certainly worthy of a repeat visit.
