What you see is what you get. The place was clean. Such a nice place to stay, but don't expect too much for the public facilities as the building management is still undergoing renovation. Other than that, everything worked out perfectly. Great place and recommended.

John was responsive and polite. He automatically updates when it's time to check in with videos as well. Awesome!

To be short and sweet, I had a pleasant stay and the host is very responsive. The best thing about this place is the killer view of the ocean! I would return to stay here again in the future just for the view.

Excellent weekend! Peaceful and quite place for good relaxation. Close to the ferry terminal so not much time to ride, excellent view on night Batam. Highly recommend

I love the place, is very easy to check in and very nearby. Preferably would need a car to travel around for convenience. It is smaller than expected but is all good. Great for couples

Responsive owner. The building looks new and the unit was clean. Near to nagoya hill mall and grand batam mall is just a short taxi/grab car ride away. There is netflix in the apartment too.

I had a wonderful stay at here. The property was clean, cozy, or well-equipped], and the location was perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was how helpful and attentive the host was. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and even assisted with local recommendations, quick responses, and also helping me to put my luggage into the room. I truly appreciated their hospitality, and it made the experience even better. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Batam, and I’d gladly stay here again in the future.
