Welcome to our little guest apartment in the center of the UNESCO world heritage Wismar. The apartment is really well located in the center, in a beautiful historic but totally renovated house, just 80 meters away from central market place. We care of our guests in a very personal manner, since we are living in the same house. Although located centrally, it is a calm place, at ground level, with no stairs to climb, and a cozy terrace is exclusive part of the guest area.

Just everything newly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two young children or a teenager. Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m2 Wifi, towels and linens included. Terrace to rest. At Schiffbauerdamm there are two parking spaces. The second one is free. (About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00. The train station is 1km.
