The home was huge! Its right across the street from a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court. It's down the street from Texas Tech. Great location! The beds were comfortable and the so was the couch.

We are very much at home at this property. So much so we had a hotel booked for our last night. We did not plan on being there as long as we did or we would’ve rented the house for the whole duration. I was able to get my money reimbursed for the hotel so we could stay in this property one more evening.We were that comfortable we didn’t wanna leave!

Great location to visit our student and the University. The house was large with plenty of room for us and our little dog. We really enjoyed the space. The backyard looked like a fun place to hangout but it rained and snowed that weekend! Maybe next time. We stayed warm and cozy inside with the fireplace.

Spent only 2 nights for business but not only myself but my coworkers enjoyed the place very roomy, great place, even had time to talk with the Neighbors. Over all great location no more that a 10 min drive any were. Store's, restaurants, and shopping all close by.

Whitney was absolutely wonderful! She was super accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, as well as lots of snacks and fruit (and even a sweet gift for our new baby)! The house was cozy and perfect for our needs, and the outdoor areas were great for relaxing and letting our toddler play. We also enjoyed the little park across the street for getting some fresh air during our stay! 10/10 would recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

It was my first time visiting Lubbock, and this place was an ideal retreat—cozy, comfortable, and perfect for two people. Everything matched the listing photos, making it a seamless experience. We were in Lubbock for our daughter’s graduation, so it was a short 2 night stay. There were 6 of us and we were so comfortable. The home is brand new, the furniture is clean, comfortable, new and beautiful. The home smelled and looked so clean. We were super comfortable. They even had a Christmas tree and decorated mantel, which was such a nice touch for this time of year. Highly recommend this home.

We absolutely loved our stay at this unique rental! We booked the house so our family could be together with our Tech students over a fall break, and it was the perfect home base for a weekend together. The house was immaculate, decorations and curated collections were extra fun, the back yard was its own oasis, and we had absolutely everything we needed at hand. The host even provided snacks which our children devoured immediately (thanks, Darryl, you saved me with those granola bars!). The location was perfect for doing all the Lubbock things, but be warned that the house backs up to a rather busy road and it was loud at night. Nothing some ear plugs can't fix, so bring some if you are a light sleeper. As a host, Darryl was just fantastic. Besides creating this wonderfully unique rental, he was very communicative before and throughout our stay. Would definitely book again on a future trip to Lubbock!

The house was perfect for our weekend trip to Lubbock for a Tech football game. Great neighborhood, super close to a grocery store, and close to the loop. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. If you are traveling with kids, this is a fantastic home to be in. There is a little playroom, great backyard and kid plates/utensils. Will definitely stay here again next time we come in for game time.

Devin was a great & polite host! I stayed for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday since he couldn’t come home. Devin was very accommodating & responded quickly. The Penthouse is extremely roomy & comfortable! The views are immaculate and the space has great cooking utensils. Water & snacks are provided as well as Netflix & Prime. There is a dart & pool table for enjoyment and me and my son went a few rounds & that was a nice experience. The balcony is also extremely large and wraps around the entire townhome space!

We highly recommend staying at Julie's Guesthouse. Pool for the summer and a beautifully decorated three bedroom house. IT was perfect. The linings, bed and temperature controls were awesome. We slept like a bunch of logs. The house was even decorated for Christmas. A very nice touch by the host Julie. She was fantastic.

The house is in a nice location close to everything we wanted to do. The house is clean and spacious. Great yard for my pups. I especially loved the open concept kitchen and living area. Large dining table for all.of us to eat at and visit. The only thing missing was a can opener, but we were close enough to a store it was easy to get one ourselves. Hot water ran out before everyone took showers. but great water pressure and shower head! Overall we thought it was a great experience! We definitely would return and recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clay's townhouse. We were visiting Lubbock for my daughter's graduation ceremony at Texas Tech. We wanted a place near the campus that was clean and had plenty of room for three people. We also wanted a place that had style and felt comfortable. The townhouse was everything we wanted and more. And Clay was very responsive! He proactively sent instructions for check-in and was quick to answer my questions. We will definitely stay her again when we return to Lubbock.
