Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. It’s in a great location in the old town, close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. On weekends it was very noisy outside until around 4am, which made sleeping with the windows open tricky (there is no air conditioning). You might want to bring earplugs! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very functional and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer and microwave. There was even a stove top coffee pot! Chris was so helpful at check in and made sure to let us know she was always on hand to help. There was a list of recommended places to eat and drink, which was very helpful. All in all a delightful place and we would return. Thank you! 🙏🏻

the Place Is 5 min walking from the beach, and also see the ocean from the balcony. we went there to surf, so check the waves from the living room has no price!

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. The apartment was easy to find and is located in a fun area. The bars on the street were a little noisy but were pretty much quiet by midnight. It was easy to explore the old town and walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. Communication was friendly and proactive. Everything was clean and functional.

Highly recommended. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The perfect location, very close to downtown. Alba is very friendly and very attentive to everything we could need, recommendations, doubts, etc. We would definitely repeat!

It was a great experience, sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a bunch of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more utensils and toiletries of what we would have thought of upon entering. The house is super quiet and is described as in the photos. The backyard, a plus. The days that time has wasted we have enjoyed it to the fullest! Fully recommended, we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect!! ✨We loved being two nights in this beautiful home!! We were three people and we were very comfortable!! Nearby there are many places to visit and they also recommend places they know about. Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

We can't be happier after the time spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely , always attentive . The apartment is a paradise , with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more , and super clean ! It's a 10 out of 10 , you can't ask for more . The arrival was super good , we had super good welcome just arrived with recommendations etc and when we go the same , super good treatment . The location is just perfect , exactly what we needed. Our stay in luanco has been great. The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach, which by the way is great and is equipped with all services, close to bars and restaurants and just below there is a park for the little ones, quite large. Patricia, her treatment, lovely, very attentive to help us in everything. As an observation, just check the temperature regulation of the faucets and I would consider replacing the mattress. In general the apartment is very good and is definitely totally recommended, along with Luanco

From the first moment we felt at home, the communication was extraordinary before, during and once the apartment was abandoned. To highlight the sympathy of Raúl who received us and gave all the necessary directions as well as Laura who was attentive at all times and also facilitated Asturian places of interest. It's the cleanest and most tidy apartment we've been staying in on Airbnb and we would definitely repeat. We recommend the tortilla sandwiches from the bus station just across the street from the accommodation and they are ideal for breakfast at the accommodation . The accommodation has seemed ideal to rest comfortably on our vacation as a couple in Asturian lands.

Pilar's house is wonderful to spend a few days disconnecting near the beach. Pilar was very friendly and pleasant throughout the stay, offering to face any problems we could have. The house has all kinds of amenities and is designed so that you don't miss anything during the time you are there. We will do it again as soon as we have the chance!

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town
