Vacation rentals with a patio in Lower Highland, Denver

Blair’s place was phenomenal. I stayed for nearly a month due to work in Denver, and it made me feel right at home. Also, a perfect base camp for weekends exploring the mountains! Very responsive and super friendly. Would gladly stay again.

A cozy place to stay, In a nice neighborhood near a big park, and within 10-minute walking distance of old downtown Littleton.

Our host was very kind and responsive. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need. Very clean and tastefully decorated. I was very happy there!

It was a good stay for the 3 of us. It was a cozy little place. I like it, its quite and clean and its a good size place. The patio is really cozy and so as the inside it feels like home. Kendall is very responsive and accommodating. The place is really within distance of grocery stores and starbuck if you want and also its a quite neighborhood.

Great host, great home! Would stay at again without a doubt!

We had a great stay at Paul's place. The apartment was very quiet and the bed super comfortable. The parking was a breeze, as was getting in and out of the apartment. Plus close to the DT area and a very walkable neighborhood. Paul and Glen were very responsive to all messages, including after we left when I reached out about a necklace I misplaced. He checked throughout the apartment and also with the cleaning person. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is very cute and comfortable! The location was great - close To Regis University, Tennyson street and downtown Denver. Great parking and easy entry into the building. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the place was clean and bright.

Taylor’s place was perfect!! It is much more spacious than the pictures can show. The space had everything we possibly needed- amenities, ambiance, everything! The hot tub was lovely and so was the surrounding area.

Beautifully updated home with convenient access to I-70/ I-25. Rob was incredibly responsive and understanding when another one of our bookings fell through due to a technical error and got our reservation confirmed and accepted in no time at all (seriously though: you are an absolute legend for turning a sticky situation into such a thoughtful and memorable experience, Rob!) As for the home itself: “what’s not to love?” is really the only question that comes to mind. Amenities shown in the listing are up-to-date and everything was clean and ready-for-use as soon as we arrived. My only wish is that we could have spent more time out on the patio/ in the garden area as this is one of the coolest use of spaces I’ve ever seen on a property before. That said: Winter is basically here and that just means we’ll have to rebook in the Spring/ Summer when the plants are in full bloom. Would easily recommend both Rob and this property to anyone without hesitation.

Everything was as promised and worked perfectly for a home base for our family trip. The house was very organized and clean. The back yard was a great feature as well.

We loved our stay at Lindsay’s Place, they had left a binder in the entrance which had everything on their site printed out which was nice. Not much to do for checkout, and we were never bothered. We had an awesome time!!

This was a great central location to everything we wanted to do in Denver for our staycation. The location was clean, the furniture was nice and comfortable. It has a great living room for hanging out and playing games etc.. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The master bedroom had one of the comfiest beds and nice pillows! Julie was great at communicating and was very responsive. She offered an earlier check in if we wanted it which was appreciated. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Kari’s place. It’s handsome, with a great layout with plenty of space for me and my friend/work partner. The place was clean and the books on the shelves were terrific. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking. As many comments have indicated, the rooftop is a big plus. The bbq place next door is amazing. Plenty on street parking. Only downside is industrial night noise - not sure if it was temporary construction or ongoing highway/train noise, but I wished that I brought earplugs (which would’ve been an easy fix.) Recommended!

The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh, and the attention to detail was evident. The comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living area made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

This house was AMAZING!!! It was the perfect layout and accommodations for my family's visit and Hannah went above and beyond with all of our requests and questions for the space. The kitchen is an absolute gem for entertaining and the house was equipped with every amenity you could need from top to bottom! The backyard is huge with plenty of seating for our entire group and it was the perfect weather to enjoy the fire pit at night when it cooled down. Highly recommend staying here as the neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and friendly neighbors too! Located down the street from a beautiful lake that makes for a very scenic walk! Thank you Hannah for making our stay so enjoyable - my family felt right at home! We cannot say enough great things about this house!

This was a great cozy stay. I truly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and cozy home feeling that I felt in the airbnb & in the area. It was very clean and pleasant. Lots of tea and coffee options, two fridges and washing unit accessible. I truly enjoyed my stay :) Highly recommend & would stay again 10/10!

Great spot and great location!

Wow this was hands down one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. It was super cozy with all the decor and comfy furniture. Plenty of natural lighting with all the windows. Items were very thoughtfully considered like full sized toiletries and plenty of kitchen supplies. It seriously felt like home! Location was safe and walkable. We walked to so many places nearby to explore and eat at. In the mornings we walked along the river right across the street. 10/10 recommend and 100% would stay here again when visiting Denver!

Caden keeps the place clean and it is very comfortable. Great location to stores, restaurants and quick access to I-25. I recommend to stay away here if you can

Great place and quiet I recommend

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. It’s nestled in the beautiful golden foothills and is walkable to restaurants. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us! We are already planning a trip back to Golden and can’t wait to stay in Kelly’s Airbnb again. Lovely host and lovely home!

Great place to stay for a little getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Rick was quick with responses and very easy to work with.

I had a wonderful time at Hillary's place. The home was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the Cherry Creek area. Communication was excellent, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend!
