My studio apartment is in the most desirable area of Hoboken New Jersey. Three blocks down you can take a ferry across the Hudson River or take a bus to the PATH station 10 blocks down anywhere you want to go. Trader Joe’s three blocks down and restaurants galore.. right outside the door! It’s a small studio apartment with a double bed loft with a ladder and an extremely comfortable couch. The movie theater, shopping ice skating rink are all minutes away walk. Twelve foot ceilings make it big.

First things first… Sana is absolutely kind and generous! She gave us visiting recommendations and advice anytime. Regarding the flat, it’s absolutely amazing and cozy. The views through the windows… were like watching a framed painting. The bus connection with Manhattan centre is easy and fast. Neighborhood very quiet. Well, if you’re looking for a dream vacation home near to New York, don’t hesitate. It’s worth every penny.

Stephan is a wonderful host. He responds quickly and has phenomenal people/communication skills. His space is so clean and inviting as well as very comfortable. The loft is fully equipped with anything you need for a temporary stay. From toiletries to cleaning supplies and garbage bags. Overall beautiful space. So worth the money!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment has a chill yet sophisticated vibe — super comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and in a peaceful neighborhood with barely any noise. The natural light from the window beside the bed was a daily highlight — it made mornings feel warm and refreshing. Muhan keeps the place spotless — everything was clean, well-maintained, and clutter-free despite being fully stocked with what you’d need. Muhan was an amazing host — always responsive, kind, and great to talk to. I really enjoyed our end-of-day chats about how my day went in New York. The in-unit laundry and stocked kitchen made my stay so much easier, especially on days I just wanted to unwind. Since Muhan actually lives here, the apartment feels lived-in in the best way — welcoming, functional, and full of small comforts. It truly exceeded my expectations, even beyond what I imagined from the listing. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return when I’m back in New York.

I had a fantastic stay with Brynda. I felt very welcome. Brynda is a very warm, open, communicative and positive person, we had great conversations on the balcony in the evening during the sunset. This is really one of the highlights of the apartment, you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and end the day in the evening and watch the sunset. In the vicinity there are countless shopping opportunities for daily needs, there are many train stops within walking distance so that you are super connected. If you plan to go to New York, I think you should definitely take the chance to stay with Brynda, she really sweetened my stay and she was a great hostess. I will definitely come back!

My stay at Wendell’s was short but it was worth the value. The location was perfect as it was near two different subway stations making it easy to navigate without numerous transfers. I walked the neighborhood during my stay during the day and the evening and it felt generally safe. The bed was super comfortable and that was probably the highlight of the stay. Everything is as described and Wendell was friendly.

I've stayed in the surrounding area of Jersey City multiple times in the past and this was by far the best AirBnB location I've had. It's a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Path station, making it easy to get to & from the EWR airport, as well as to & from NYC. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and has everything I needed for my stay. The local restaurants, bars, convenience store, grocery store, etc. are nearby as well, less than 1-block away, making it easy to get all the essential items needed for a stay. Rick was super responsive and accommodating during my stay, even providing helpful recommendations for places to visit. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will look to stay at this AirBnB for my future trips.

Lovely home with a big loft that is rare for the city. We enjoyed this house for its stylish design, potted plants and comfortable room. Only “light” cooking like microwave and heating up is allowed but we were fine with that. There are two guest bedrooms so we had to share the space with other guests but the ones we met were polite and considerate. The area is pretty local, but we managed to find some hidden gems like cafes (Win Son, Brooklyn Ball) and thrift stores which was great. Location wise, we mostly took the L train into the city, which takes about 20 ish minutes and then you can transfer to various other spots in Manhattan.

There was a problem with the lock box for getting in and Casey is working on it. But a tenant coming out let me in with hardly any wait. Once you were upstairs, you had access to your keys then there was no problem after that getting both into the building and the room. The location was great and lot's of nearby great restaurants and coffee shops. The room was great with lots of thoughtful amenities. Bed was very comfortable and space was quiet - great for sleeping. I was on a very short timeline so ubered for getting around. I was amazed everytime how quickly the uber came - like in one minute everytime. As a single older woman, the location felt totally safe. Casey and his housemate were lovely. I would definitely stay again.
