The cottage was beautiful and peaceful. So close to cafes, restaurants, Woolworths and clothing shops. Conveniently located! Enjoyed the trees outside which housed birds that was lovely to wake up to. Di and Floyd were wonderful hosts and made sure we were comfortable. Loved Floyd’s homemade chilli! Every room was cosy and was so happy that they had nightlights that turns on and off automatically. Very useful for our 4 year old son when he needed to use the bathroom at night. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed having a sauna around the corner and a spa (although we didn’t get to use the spa as we were quite busy). Toddler enjoyed being able to play and run around the property which gave him the same freedom as back home. Would definitely recommend and come back to the cottage! Hopefully, we use the spa next time.

We stayed a week in Pat’s place and despite the weather being completely horrible for our entire stay we had a nice time because the unit is so bright and has a great view. The beach and salt water pool are just down the road as is the Surf Club and the large Pub/bistro. Groceries were a 20 odd minute walk but we just caught an Uber back. Ubers are plentiful in the area. The apartment itself has all the new appliances listed by Pat (only the stove top is different - not sure why but it worked fine). There’s plenty of hot water and the water pressure is good. The beds are very comfortable and there’s plenty of wardrobe space. The only thing I would suggest is that there needs to be a mobile aircon unit in the living room during the very humid days when stuck inside. The fans are good but they didn’t do the trick. Sleeping was ok as there are aircon units in both bedrooms. Unfortunately due to the weather we were not able to use the roof but the view is great from up there.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Queenslander in Mt Mellum! The views were absolutely stunning, especially from the expansive deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The house perfectly blends rustic charm with modern amenities, making it incredibly comfortable. The pool was a great bonus, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or hosting a BBQ. The location is peaceful, yet close to attractions like Australia Zoo and the Glass House Mountains. Our host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Our holiday was amazing. The place had everything we need for our stay. Best things for us was the walking distance to the beach and the pool. We felt safe and relaxed all the time. I highly recommend this place for a family or a couple.

Beautiful little apartment within walking distance to the amazing beaches in a beautiful friendly family orientated lil town! Beautiful cafes and restaurants, safe streets, good walking tracks beautiful sceneries. The guest house is very clean and tidy with that homey feeling, absolutely beautiful place to stay. The check in process is simple, quick & easy. Simon is beyond a great host, super helpful and friendly couldn’t recommend the guesthouse enough and a plus Simon & Madi are beautiful people, thank you guys!

We enjoyed our time at Jamie’s place. We spent a lot of time walking around the area and it was conveniently located to Sunshine Plaza. Great walking tracks. Place was very clean and had everything you needed. The road out the front is very busy but you still have easy access to the water front. Highly recommend.

Myself, my husband, two teenage boys and our dog had a wonderful stay. It was great to be able to bring Doug the dog with us. The boys loved the pool and the kayaks and my husband and I enjoyed the easy stroll to many lovely restaurants. Thank you

Lovely clean and bright Airbnb opposite walkway that leads to a gorgeous lookout and panoramic vista over the beach. Close 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool was great but it is a deep one so would need close supervision of kids if needed. There are some steep stairs also outside and inside to traverse the different floors- no problem for able bodied but my elderly parents struggled with it a bit. There is a lovely balcony out the back - off the kitchen/dining area that has a gorgeous view of the ocean- great spot for having a glass of wine and nibbles. Overall- great stay and would highly recommend

This is a gem in the beautiful sunny coast hinterlands. The house itself is all you need to relax and unwind. Incredible design and thoughtful extras (kids games/ colouring / tables/ cutlery). All beds are comfortable and the linen is so pretty as well as luxurious. The house is cosy and also keeps its cool. I could go on and on and honestly if we could we would have stayed on and on! The town is also a little beauty with a great pub with incredible (and highly rated!) food (mapleton public house). Nearby are waterfalls and other lovely Blackwell range towns like Montville and Maleny. But seriously just go for the house. The house is everything. Thank you Lauren and Josh for being thoughtful and responsive hosts. We had a perfect weekend.
