This air bnb is lovely! Check in was very easy as was check out. The host was super communicative and always responded quickly. From the air bnb it is a short walk to downtown (10 minutes) and if enjoying local North Conway isn’t your thing, the hot tub at the air bnb was quiet and private. We will definitely be back in the future!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

This is a cute airbnb that is clean, spacious and nicely decorated! It has a good kitchen which is well equipped with all the necessary pots and pans, which we took advantage of to cook some Thanksgiving side dishes. As others have noted, it is up 2 flights of stairs, so make sure you are willing to carry up luggage! It is also on the top floor with an attic feel, and sloped ceilings in places, so a taller person might have to be extra careful to avoid head bumps. We enjoyed our 4 days there!

Meredith is the perfect host! We had a lot of questions prior to our trip and she was always responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and a short walk to a park and gardens. We had a beautiful dinner at one of the restaurants Meredith recommend and will definitely be back! Small space, and perfect for two people wanting to explore the city. Highly recommend!

We were in town for just the weekend for a wedding. It was perfect for our needs. It accommodated 4 adults, two small children and a baby. My husband and I took the bedroom with the en suite in the back and my son’s family had the other two bedrooms near the front keeping them all close together. Would stay there again if the need arises.

Place was as described and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. Downtown was a quick Uber ride there and back and host left us great recommendations to try out. My only negative was the bed does sit very low to the floor. I had a little trouble getting up because I’ve recently had spinal surgery and I have RA, but my husband was fine with it. Just in case an elderly person or someone with RA is thinking about it. I do highly recommend it other than that.

Our second time staying at Ryan and Rita’s, and we can’t wait to go back! This beautiful apartment is exactly as pictured; clean, quiet, peaceful, and has everything you need. It’s in an amazing location in Portland with dozens of great bars, restaurants, and parks really close by. Rita and Ryan are really kind as well; super responsive, and happy to provide recommendations and any other help you may need with your stay. 15/10 stars!

Second stay and I'll be back. It is easy to make yourself at home here. It's not fancy, it's comfortable - love the new sofa! The apartment is full of light even on grey winter days and the location between East Bayside and Munjoy can't be beat.

My wife and I brought our German Shepherd for a long weekend in North Conway. We had a day of shopping and then we had a day of driving and we explored the area going to Cathedral Ledge and Diana’s Baths. We also drove up to Goreham and over to Twin Mountains. We had a blast. The place was comfortable and close to everything. We will be back next year on our family vacation.

My husband and our kids stayed at Alyssa’s condo for a trip to Story Land and they had a great time! Location was awesome and they thoroughly enjoyed the arcade!

William's place was nice and convenient. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the White Mountains and Conway is a short drive for tons of restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and comfortable. It is part of a resort so there are other units in the same building. That being said, it was quiet and peaceful while we were there.

We loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. The views were spectacular. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. We loved the fireplace and the two person jacuzzi tub. Bill was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions. We hope to stay again soon!

pamleas place was very well kept and the backyard was very beautiful, she also gave excellent local recommendations that we absolutely loved and enjoyed going to, the furniture was very comfortable after a long day to relax

We were two couples and the condo was perfect. A great weekend was had in this very clean condo with a nice warm vibe. Diane was very responsive and flexible with our early check in, which was appreciated. We would definitely book this condo again if available.
