The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

If you are looking for a place that gives you peace and tranquility, you can rent it. All was clean, with towels, smelling bedding, pillows on every bed, blankets. The kitchen is super-equipped and we were able to make all the food we planned during the trip. I need to make a special thanks to Ulf, he received us and took care of all communication prior to our arrival, during and at checkout. Super attentive, kind and cared for us at all times (Congratulations on the work, Ulf!). Following the rules of the condominium is important and the care in the inspection was evident. Gostei! Plus, the roof and the balcony have incredible views of the vegetation and the beach. The main street, where there are several restaurants, shops and bars, is very close. I did it all by walking and I was able to relax! My friends loved and also indicate. PS: The pool gets hot during the day because of the incidence of solar rays. Then, I indicate to go at the beginning of the day or early evening.

Gracinha's house is very cozy, comfortable and charming. The outside area and pool are great and the location is in a very quiet area. Everything was super neat and fragrant. We spent delightful days with the family! The only inconvenience in our stay was the visit of a group of monkeys during the barbecue we had, but nothing that invalidated our desire to return to the house.

The space really was very quiet , there was no better option for the calm we were in need.

There is an exit to the alley that arrives quickly at Rua Baía dos Dolinhos, which is perfect! We love and recommend the stay.

Great location, I already knew the region, it's close to everything. Next to the beach, restaurants, snack bars, you do practically everything on foot, within a radius of 1 km you have it all!! About Flat: spacious apt, powerful shower. Pool leisure area very good!! You can see a good part of the beach. In the building itself is possible to have coffee and lunch, there is an option right in front of the condominium.

It is a nice and quiet place to relax! The staff is open-minded, helpful and very friendly! …….I'd love to come back!

Rosy as a host is a 10! The place is very close to the beach, downtown... we did everything on foot... the pool area is beautiful, very modern, large, comfortable, we enjoyed it very much after the beach, the schedule is until 10 pm so we took advantage of it... the apartment with all the amenities, very clean, tidy... the kitchen is very complete, with all the utensils, the front that each apartment has, with chairs and a table, facing the pool, ideal! We would definitely come back...

Very pleasant, quiet, with easy access to locomotion. When you want to shake, you're not far from the centrinho and restaurants. And also perfect for enjoying days of rest in the lodging.

Great place for family. Animals around, nice pool for kids to swim. Safe and clean. not so close to center but surrounded with other pousadas, easy to drive around.

You're all set! Whenever we needed Camila, she would serve us with promptness and warmth. The apartment is well equipped, well decorated and very clean. The condominium is very nice. Hiking with a few hillsides to the center, but nothing that would hinder the stay. I felt safe.

The detour was very nice. This is the second time staying at the place and once again the experience was very good. The place is very beautiful in a very good care and quiet environment. It is a few meters from the center but the noises do not arrive. To highlight the kindness of the host who allowed us to check in a few hours earlier. It's definitely an excellent option in Pipa.
