The place was amazing!!! Met up with my family from all over the country… we went there to spend New Year’s together and we had a wonderful time! The place was clean, new and in a perfect location! The living room and porch was spacious and inviting!!! be home layout made for a wonderful conversation and at the same time was a personalized and intimate setting!!! We enjoyed the fireplace next to the water… the TV was huge for the kids… Usually, I can find something that is out of place or not right but this place was perfect! On the second night, it rained, but even that was beautiful watching the water in the rain from the porch… So relaxing that I feel five years younger! Thank you, Thong for providing such a wonderful place to spend time to unwind!! Everything was perfect!

The pictures don’t do this place any justice!! This home was amazing tons of things to do even in November!!! And the VIEW WAS STUNNING FROM INSIDE AND ON EVERY DECK DID I MENTION IT WAS 4 DECKS TO SET AND WATCH THE WATER! My family was so happy with this home none of us wanted to leave! We will definitely be booking again… Thank You for allowing us to share your home….

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving at the Lake house and it was so comfortable and felt like a home away from home for all 14 of us. Fully stocked with all kitchen supplies needed and that was helpful, since we cooked nearly every night. It was three generations of family all together and this place just made it even more magical. The sunsets, kayaking, nights at the fire pit and the beautiful walks throughout the neighborhood was to peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be back soon 😊

We had a great time as a family of 6 (5 adults and 1 child), enjoying a Thanksgiving getaway on the lake. The house itself has tons of space, very comfortable, fast Wi-Fi, and matched the descriptions, but the real highlight was the amazing views of the lake and being able to walk down to the water and the dock. We also did some stargazing at night, and actually managed to spot the Milky Way on a particularly clear night, along with way more stars than you'd typically see just 70 miles from a major metro area like the triangle. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet lakefront getaway.

Great location and views! We spend most of our time on the water so having the boathouse so close and hardly any steps was a huge plus! I like a lot of places in Lake Gaston. Very easy to go back and forth to the house (we are always forgetting things.) Huge bonus having a refrigerator on the dock. The house was beautiful, comfortable beds and linens, very large kitchen with plenty of room to cook. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the large deck. Great long weekend all around.

The farm is really nice with many animals and beautiful views! The house was a little dated, but nice and clean. You have everything you could need and it was fully decorated for Christmas. Our family had a great time exploring the area and in a very peaceful setting. Pat & Mike are great hosts, very responsive and ready to help at any time.

Sean was an awesome host!. I needed a last minute stay for my aunt’s funeral and this was the perfect place. He was super proactive with getting all the details to me and responded to all of my messages, within minutes. The house was absolutely stunning!

This was possibly the nicest AB&B I’ve booked for a small group. Very nice , very clean and Clara and Michael were very prompt to reply with any questions I had. Will definitely keep them in mind for future stays in the Raleigh area.

Francesca was such a wonderful host! She was incredibly responsive and flexible with some last-minute changes to our reservation. The house was spotless when we arrived and felt brand new—a great place to stay if you’re looking to be on the lake or at the pool all day and come back to a nice home afterwards. Would recommend for a group looking to have a blast at Lake Gaston!
