Incredible location with a very comfortable set up. I really appreciate the hospitality and the attention Pam has for her guests. Everything about this place is awesome. I love quiet afternoon and spacious environment, this place is perfect for nature lovers and peace seekers. Night sky will have you gazing at the stars for hours. Unique historial cottage close by to the trail and walkable to great restaurants. Perfect for our weekend while we were in town for a wedding! Definitely would come back!

We had planned our trip around Harper's ferry snow tubing and the Antietam national park. Jenny's place was exactly what we were looking for as we were able to bring our dog. We are a little family of three and having a small cozy place to stay is right up our alley and this air bnb was perfect for just that. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to access. I would recommend to anyone wanting to travel to this area :)

I was in town for a month for less than pleasant reasons, but having this space to come home to and relax every night was a blessing. The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze. Very comfy bed!

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Virginia Wine Country. There were so many wineries and breweries within 10 to 20 minutes from this location. One of the wineries was just down the road. Lisa’s place was exactly as described. Located in a quiet and quaint town. It was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This was one of the most amazing stays! Check-in was a breeze and once we were inside the guesthouse, it looked exactly like the photos but better. It was fully stocked with everything we wanted and more. The best touches were all the snacks that were provided and the homemade breakfast (by request) in the morning. Aside from being a cute guesthouse, the best perk of staying here were the animals (3 horses, 2 rabbits, and a cat who came by to say hello). The horses were so sweet and we were provided carrots and apples to feed them. This stay was definitely memorable and I would come back again!

Amazing little place - so peaceful - bed was comfy and kitchen was well stocked with what I needed for simple meals. Beautiful backyard with covered porch was perfect to watch a thunderstorm that rolled in. Ask about fresh eggs - they were such a treat! Would absolutely stay again! Hard to leave - great hosts!

The cutest little cottage we have ever seen! We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. A fun vibe and very unique. Tim was a great host! The place was spotless, well decorated and very organized. It was quiet, private and safe. We felt right at home! The firewood and other items were a nice surprise as well. We would absolutely love to come back! About a 5 minute drive to all of the shops, restaurants, etc. Tim also left a book of recommendations which was amazing to narrow down what we would do in Middleburg. Couldn’t recommend this place or host enough!

Cris’s place was lovely and exactly what we needed. Very close to town, back from the road, clean, comfortable bed, cozy, and overall a great retreat. You can tell the place is cared for. Quality elements make this place feel like home. I’d recommend this place and would come again. 5 out of 5, really.

We had a great stay at Melinda’s. The space was so peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed all the thoughtful touches she has for us. The location was serene, easy to get inside and close to town and wineries. We hope to be back!

Pet policy is super fair! Great get away for a relaxation in a beautiful home. Would recommend if that is the trip you’re looking for!!

Location is in walking distance of the national park, the place is cozy but small.

Honestly, this was exactly what my wife and I needed. A nice quiet getaway without the kids. Everything was amazing and our host went above and beyond. He even was kind enough to bring us breakfast when I commented how amazing his breakfast smelled through the wall. Unfortunately didn’t make it out to one of Anwar’s two restaurants as we hoped. Highly recommend!

Johnathan was awesome, he offered additional items and service not listed. Which is making my return easier. He also invited me to church. Wow what a beautiful church and service. His son Noah was also a great help. Tge Adams family are great.

We stayed at Jen’s place for two nights as a family of four, and it exceeded our expectations. The property is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. After this stay, my husband and kids all agreed they’d never want to go back to a hotel! They loved the extra room and the property is in an ideal location—close to downtown Leesburg, yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed morning walks, and I had the best sleep at night. Highly recommend!

Vinita was the definition of a super host! I have never had a more responsive, proactive and caring host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable for our several week stay. If anything ever came up, she immediately worked to resolve a concern or issue. The guest suite was exactly as advertised as well with an incredibly comfortable bed, plenty of cooking appliances and great/clean bathroom. Highly recommend!
