The entire space was totally remodeled in 2020, with comfort and relaxation in mind. The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating , firepit area and Waterfall! Location is close to all the TV amenities and easy access to our wonderful East TN mountains and lakes. (Host lives on main level. No smoking, pets or children<12)

Family room has couch and large comfy chair. Dining area has a table seating 6. Kitchen has counter with 2 seats. Outside is large grassy common area great for picnicking. This home has two king size beds and two full sized beds and two full bathrooms sleeping 6 to 8 comfortably. Enjoy two patios and a private deck.

The exterior features a large back deck with patio furniture and canopy, along with a partially fenced in back yard for your family pet. The main area of the home has a wonderful open concept with newer furniture and large screen TV. Pets are welcome; Dogs under 20 lbs, and no cats.
