Extra stay at Lionel's. The location is great, away from the madness of the old town, the estate is located in Paramé, very nice neighborhood, decorative fanions in the surrounding streets, quality shops, pretty church (you can't hear it). The land is sublime, 2 hectares well maintained, clean and well heated pool, there are several cottages quite far from each other within the property. The rented cottage was large on the ground floor and upstairs. A TV on each floor. Gigantic bed (2 meters wide it seems to me), the very fluffy mattress (I loved it). You can move without waking the person next to it. Even if it's written in the listing, note that the toilets are on the ground floor and there aren't any at the top. You have to be woken up to go down the spiral stairs. Lionel is very welcoming, is interesting and offers good advice. We had a lovely stay at his place - thank you so much!

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was great. Having your own private pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had our one year old spaniel with us who loved all the outdoor space. You need a car to get around but there was plenty of things to do. We did struggle to find beaches that allowed dogs (due to the time of the year) but to be honest we had the pool so we weren’t bothered. Ophelie and her husband were excellent hosts and were flexible and understanding with us with our late arrival and early departure. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Franck was so welcoming and gave full instructions for everything we needed. He would always reply within minutes with any queries. The accommodation was beautiful and had the bonus of a swimming pool. Lovely quiet area. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant weekend at Georgina and Steve's. We enjoyed the welcome given to us by the hosts. Having a bathroom and toilet in each room was much appreciated too. The house is very large, very well-equipped: efficient vacuum cleaners, lots of dishes, a stove to warm up when you get back from hiking. Ideal rental for stays with friends or for family reunions. Many sites to visit within a 20 km radius. We would recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay in this warm accommodation, ideally located. Alexandra was very responsive by message, which is very nice. It really felt like it was at home. Very well equipped accommodation, and very easy parking with parking space. A real plus for the sauna! We recommend this accommodation for a perfect stay close to Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel!

We had a pleasant week at Gilles's. The house is very well equipped, the bedding comfortable and the garden pleasant. It feels like home. There are tours to do nearby as well as good restaurants Gilles is a attentive and welcoming host. An address to keep!

A very nice spacious, pleasant, well-equipped and very clean house. Quality amenities and very responsive and pleasant hosts. A quiet neighborhood and a good location. Walking access to the beach is easy. A place to remember. Too bad the bed linen and toilet is not provided or offered as an option and there is also no cleaning option. But it was indicated beforehand. I think we'll go back. I recommend it!!

Great place to have an enjoyable time with friends and children (10 adults and 7 children). Beautiful family home with an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere:) The large dining room/American kitchen, the large living room, the large dorm/children's playroom, gave us unforgettable moments. Kids loved the stay. Thanks to Melanie and her parents for their welcome and hospitality, they were very available and friendly.

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

Superb house, functional and very well-equipped. Large enough for a group of 12 people. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. A large terrace much appreciated for sunny meals. Close to the beaches in a private, quiet and peaceful estate with sea view. It feels good to feel at home and our only desire is to return.

Property located near Paimpol ideal for visiting the island of Brehat but also for shopping or eating at the restaurant. We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is fully furnished and very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and well cared for. The bed was lovely and despite my asthma, I was not bothered by anything! there are 2 master bedrooms with bathroom and toilet, really superior. Qe have made nice use of the available bikes. You can walk beautifully on the path along the coast and what nice beaches in the coves. We stayed there for 3 nights, and swam on 3 different beaches. Highly recommended!!
