Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lot

What a lovely haven of peace in the middle of a grove! The house is very nice, tastefully renovated and very well equipped (especially the kitchen, there is everything you need and quality cooking equipment). We were able to make a fire in the evening in the wood stove thanks to the wood left by Frédéric. The surroundings are quiet and conducive to beautiful walks in the forest. An enchanted break.

Stayed here a number of times, always super clean and a lovely peaceful location with lovely views.

A really fabulous place to stay in a peaceful rural hamlet in perigord region. Julie & Vincent were great hosts & made us feel very welcome. Close to a number of beautiful towns & villages, with loads to do & see. The accommodation itself is very charming and a great place to unwind & relax. The local Sunday market in St Cyprien is a delight, with every kind of local produce you could imagine, live music, crafts etc. and there was a real buzz about the place.

A great night, a beautiful starry sky and a beautiful home. Warm hosts and stunning pools. The sound of cicadas and beautiful weather. What more can I ask for?

Everything is thought out to make the stay as pleasant as possible: for example, it has everything you need and the equipment to cook. We loved our stay at Beki's cottage for a long weekend of exploring vineyards, markets and castles - the perfect tonic to busy city life. The cottage was really comfortable with great facilities/amenities. The pellet fire worked a treat for drying us off after a soaking walk on our first day as well as making the cottage cosy. We cooked too and for this the kitchen was well equipped. Check in/out was super easy and the wifi was reliable too. A charming spot and I would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway with some great restaurants nearby. Thanks for the tips Beki!

Beautiful cottage built/restored by the owners. The mill is set back from the main house and the private outdoor space with the pool is thus quiet and very nice. The views are beautiful. The area too, the cottage is well located for day exploring the Lot et du Célé Valleys. Xavier was particularly welcoming and offered advice. We recommend this cottage without a second thought.

The house is as pictured, across 3 storeys. You do need to be careful with the stairs but that was not an issue for us. Quiet town which is great if you want a peaceful holiday. Recommend taking the train to Sarlat for the market there. The house has good kitchen facilities. David was a very welcoming host, picked us up from the train station despite the short journey which was very kind. He also helped with some questions we had about bike hire in the area. We also appreciated the washing machine and drying rack as we had been traveling for a couple of weeks at this point.

Very welcoming and cozy people and nice gite in a rural environment with free views and tranquility. Gite is spacious, clean and very functional. Beautiful walls of natural stone and amazingly beautiful fireplace. For the lovers.

We had an exceptional stay at Gite Castelmac. The hosts Keith and Jeanne offer an entirely equipped appartment, tastefully decorated, including extremely comfortable fresh bed linnens. The shared garden and pool are stunning and accessible at all times, even for a dip late at night! A big plus is the location of the gite: situated right at the edge of the village, you are at walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Keith and Jeanne are graceous and generous hosts with great advice on visits and activities in the region. We highly recommend staying here!

Very good rental, in a beautiful environment, with old-fashioned decoration for a better immersion in the heart of the Priory. The village of Carennac all around is very beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend or a relaxing holiday. Everything is close by, Rocamadour, Martel, very good restaurants! Our host gave us lots of good recommendations to make the most of our short stay. Must do!!

Marion and Adrien were great, as was the apartment. Great renovation, comfortable and a great mix of modern and charm. Roque Gargeac is really beautiful, but at end of season was quite quiet, restaurant closed etc...nothing to do with Marion and Adrien, they were always open and super. go place a break and remote working.

A very spacious house perfect for a large group, pool and garden. quiet. We had a great time as the house is close to many must-see tourist sites.

Very nice accommodation, relaxation guaranteed!!! Securing even with children under 3 years old. Totally fenced, very convenient for dogs. Close to everything. Only Big problem... very difficult to want to leave...

Beautiful property, with 5 comfortable bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The villa is within walking distance of the center of the city in 10min. We really appreciated the view and terrace. Everything matches the photos. Beautiful area that has plenty of activities. Great!

Our stay at Jean Louis was impeccable. Jean Louis was always available and helpful, communication was extremely easy. The accommodation is a peaceful oak, with great views. The pool is quite nice and allowed us to cool down every day. The accommodation was very comfortable with all of the amenities necessary for a stay with family. Thank you Jean Louis for your kindness and availability, we had a wonderful vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Joost's beautiful home! The communication with Joost was very pleasant and he even arranged a camping bed and high chair for our daughter. The stair gate upstairs also provided a safe environment for our 2 year old. We really enjoyed the covered terrace where we could still enjoy the outdoors even in bad weather. The pool looked so enticing that we tried to plunge at 18 degrees but unfortunately it was really too cold. All in all had a wonderful vacation where we enjoyed the house and garden and the surroundings of Les Eyzies.

Pleasant house with valley view. Very nice outdoor spaces with a beautiful heated pool. The plus: one bathroom and one toilet per room! Ideal location for visiting Sarlat and its surroundings
