The house was really good we just had a problem with the electricity but everything went fine

We chose the King Ranch for a 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. Kristen was a thoughtful host and great communicator. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space. The indoor and outdoor areas are well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures look great on the listing because the place really does look that awesome. We had a chef come in for a birthday dinner and he was in heaven. You’ll want for nothing while you’re there. If you need a place for a crowd that looks and feels like luxury living, this place is for you.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb with our group of 18 (4 families, including 8 adults and 10 kids), and it exceeded all expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including new coffee machines that were a big hit. The living areas were cozy and perfect for spending time together, with smart TVs and board games that kept everyone entertained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and fresh linens. The big driveway was a huge plus, as it easily accommodated our 4 large SUV trucks. The attention to detail in this home made our stay so enjoyable, and it’s clear the hosts put in a lot of effort to make their guests feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a perfect getaway!

Love, love, LOVE Sue’s place!!She has seriously thought of everything. Her home is so unique and cute. I have to say it was one of the best stocked Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. It is so close to all things Austin. A nice walk or short Uber will put you in the middle of all the city has to offer. Check-in was smooth and easy. We will definitely check to see if this place is available when we visit again.

Great place for a multi family retreat! We had a blast and if we ever get a chance we would come back.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The moment we stepped in it smelled so clean and the place looked spotless. It felt so much bigger in person than it looked like in the pictures. It was also so cozy and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on and I promise I’m not exaggerating. Josh and Amiee had so many accommodations especially with their binder of recommended places to go to, their collection of dvds, bathroom essentials, bath robes and towels. It genuinely felt like it was our home for the weekend. Josh and Amiee checked up on us throughout the weekend and even left a welcome note for us and left the light on for us when we told them we would be coming a little later than expected. So sweet. I would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

Great spot especially if you are renting a car! Close enough to downtown, and walkable to many restaurants! Place was clean, loved the espresso machine and the Samsung washing machine, both were enjoyed during our stay. You can easily have 3 guests, one on the bed, one on the couch, and one on the air mattress!

We absolutely felt at home for a quick weekend getaway. The unit was clean and cozy, and Colleen gave clear instructions that made it easy to check in and check out. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Really happy with our stay, location was great, apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the things we needed including plenty of dishes towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent (I hate it when there's only one cloth or one detergent pod!) We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Austin.

Amazing experience here. I’ve had issues with other airbnbs in the past being different than the listing but in this case It was a totally different story. The pictures legitimately don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful apartment that actually feels clean. I NEVER use the dishes or cooking utensils provided by hosts but I didn’t have a problem with it here. The mattress was so comfy as well. I literally took a picture of the brand tag so I could get the same one for myself haha! Location is good with a beautiful scenic riverfront walk right outside. All in all loved it and definitely going to come back.

Rick’s place was well equipped and very comfortable for 2 people. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, near several breweries. Lyft and Uber were never far away.

I absolutely loved the location of Bre’s listing! Everything was clean, organized and the process was easy to check in! There was plenty of street parking which I really appreciated too.

I love this spot! I stayed last year and had to come back again this year. So much space, the comfiest bed and incredible amenities. I’m a peloton girlie so I love that there are three individual rooms to use their bikes. The rooftop view with the pool is unmatched. Better view than any hotel because you can see the whole city from this Airbnb spot.

We were headed to see friends in town and Helen’s place was perfect. Cute Central East Austin place just around the corner from all things East entertainment district. Would definitely recommend.
