lovely comfortable place walking distance to a great range of food and drink places. 5mins to the beautiful beach. the house has very spacious bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and lovely lounge with a log burner which creates a great atmosphere. perfect for us. thanks.

Would highly recommend. Decoration throughout is beautiful and well planned. Everything was perfect no problems. No hassle clear instructions from minute arrived. Beautiful inside and outside. The beds were so comfy, everyone commented on how nice they were and everyone slept well. The kitchen everything you needed and more, some little goodies left, clean and tidy. Bathrooms all throughout were spotless and showers were so nice. Garden was large, safe and away from roadside. Played in the big garden rounders very thankful for the garden games that were available to use. At night we enjoyed the hot tub which was absolutely beautiful so warm with the lights off and starry sky highly recommended to try if you stay. Everything is safe and clean, even had flip flops there to use and dressing gowns very thoughtful and warm welcome. We all felt at home. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Definitely recommending to others and will be back.

Going to Inverness with your family & a dog? Need car parking at the gate? Then you should book Natasha's place! Natasha's place is cosy, comfortable & good value. Access into the house is easy. The enclosed front garden & little yard off the kitchen were great for our wee dog & would suit small kids well. Natasha was very responsive to my enquiries & very kind to us during what has been a difficult time for our family visiting a lived one who was very unwell. Something different - Natasha's place is in the fairly typical Scottish town housing scheme of Hilton. If you're not from Scotland/wider UK it's not necessarily the first place that you will look for when visiting & touring but it will give you a much more authentic (& better value) experience of how everyday town families live than you might get in city centre holiday accommodation. Hilton feels safe - I walked our dog through the streets & paths of Hilton without any difficulties. Local shop is just around the corner.

What a lovely cottage , location great. The interior is designed very well with clever details. Bed very comfy and the house heated up very quickly. Another special touch was the Christmas tree. Lovely

Heathers place was absolutely perfect . We loved the wood burning stove which kept us cosy and the house was really homely . The seating in living room was comfy , the bed was comfortable , the kitchen was well equipped and there was a very generous welcome pack which was a really lovely touch. We could not fault anything at all . We will definitely be back.

Myself, my partner and her entire family stayed for a few days in December and Zippty was great. Loads of room, love furnishings, it met and exceeded all our expectations. The weather was not great but it didn’t matter as the house was a lovely place to come back to after being out and about. I would definitely recommend the house for a short or longer stay. George was fantastic to deal with. Overall a 10/10 and we will come back and stay again.

Carol's place was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and nice. The location was great and our kids loved having the pool and playground right out front. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

As a group of 6, the caravan is a bit crowded, especially in the bedrooms. But the place was clearly described and we were all right with the situation.

Lovely, relaxing home with great swim spa and hot tub which our grown up sons loved! There is some road noise but not overly distracting. Kitchen was extremely well equipped - best I’ve had in a rental home! Lovely personal touches around the home made it feel very welcoming. It was the perfect retreat and we especially loved the sitting room - a great space to read, watch tv or chat - with plenty of comfortable seating. Would happily return.

Very friendly, accommodating and responsive hostess. The apartment was super equipped, very clean and we felt very comfortable right away. The caravan is really super central in the Holiday Park. A few minutes walk and you are on the beach, at the bar, in the gym, by the pool, in the laundry room, at the lighthouse or at the playground. We really enjoyed this quiet area on the terrace every day or had fun evenings at the bar with karaoke. Highly recommend this great place! Thank you for the great time.😊

We had a great holliday. Location and the house were both perfect! The house was spotless and everything you need is there. Lots of great walks from the cottage. We all (family with 3 kids) had a wonderfull holiday.

Mark’s cottage is easy to find in a great location and it was spotlessly clean and cozy. The cottage has everything you could need. We travelled with our two small dogs and they were made as welcome as ourselves. The welcome bottle of wine was as much appreciated as the dog treats- thank you!! Mark was super helpful and friendly - full of proactive helpful hints and very responsive to any questions. We very much enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the cottage and Mark as a host.

Unbelievable staying here and can't wait to come back in 2025! spotless, warm ,cosy. The lodge is comfortable and Alessandro is an amazing host who kept in touch and recommended lots of places to visit. It had everything we needed and the welcome goodies and wine were welcomed nicely! Even some sweets left for my 6 Yr old. The hot tub is spotless and a lovely touch.

Great place. Toasty cosy fire and awesome location for the best dog walks! Also super comfy bed with firm mattress and nice pillows. Really hope to be able to return!

Stayed in Joan’s house with my husband & 2 dogs. Everything was described in the listing, no complaints , loved our week at 104.Very quiet area and a enclosed garden for the dogs. Lovely touch of milk & shortbread left for us👍.Will definitely return to this house at some point. 😀

A beautiful cottage with incredibly comfy beds, plenty of towels and a fab shower. Some lovely bits of furniture and decor and nice touches; a welcome message, wildflowers, some toiletries, tea & coffee- all very much appreciated! The horses came every day for a treat and the garden gets some great sun and we spent time there having an evening drink, listening to birds. This is a great base to be exploring Moray with some gorgeous forests walks and beaches nearby. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful. Bea was a great host, very friendly and warm, responding to my messages promptly. You need caution coming in and out of the gate as some traffic can speed by and the bushes impede sight. Overall we had an amazing stay here.

Beautiful location for a few days away. The cottage has everything you need and the local forest provides stunning walks and scenery. Despite the rain and wind outside from a storm, we were cosy and warm inside. The woodstove gives off immense heat and the beds are very comfortable. My kids had the best time and we will definitely be back.

A perfect place to stay for exploring Speyside. It has all the facilities you need, as well as lovely views. And even on a day when I had to scrape the ice off the car in the morning it was still cosy inside.
