Vacation rentals with a patio in Los Osos, Baywood-Los Osos

This place was just what we needed for a weekend away as a couple. We are local to SLO County and know we live in a gorgeous place so we didn’t have to look too far! This place had the best view, open floor plan, modern esthetics, well maintained, very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Loved the coziness of the fireplace, the option to go outside on the deck, weather permitting. Loved the list of favorites she put together. WiFi and smart tv was effortless. Easy check in/out. Lisa was very accommodating as we booked last minute. Wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Tim’s “Sunrise Suite” is a hidden gem. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet, within close distance from downtown, Allegretto and shops. The welcome basket with a bottle of wine and snacks was such a treat! Will definitely book Sunrise Suite again.

We love visiting Morro Bay. This cozy home was perfect for 3 friends wanting to get away, relax and enjoy nature. It was a peaceful, lovely trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The TV provided many options for entertainment at night. Very close to restaurants and the bay. Would love to stay here again!

Highly recommend!! We had to leave LA last minute due to the fires and ended up in this area. I'm so glad I found this place! It's super cozy, peaceful, close to everything you need. Plus there are cute goats! The host is incredible, I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for hosting us!

I'm so grateful that this place was available to us as a safe haven while we evacuated from wildfires. We were with three of our elderly parents, infant son, and two dogs, and it wasn't easy to find a place that accommodated everyone. Cory's place was perfect as it had everything we needed (I think it's the most fully stocked Airbnb I have stayed at), easy to check in and check out, great outdoor space, really sweet neighborhood, so close to an amazing beach. There was no extra charge for the pets, which made us feel really welcomed. So many places didn't even take dogs! Here, there were dog bowls and treats ready for us on arrival. The house itself is tastefully decorated and clean. I will note there are only two bedrooms, so while it does sleep six with a very nice air mattress, there isn't a private space for that air mattress person(s). It worked for us as we're all family, just fyi. Cory was very responsive and a great support during this challenging time for us. Highly recommend!

This place was the perfect place to celebrate my bachelorette weekend! Breathtaking views, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and 5 minute drive to downtown. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.

A perfect home-base for our week exploring Paso. Things could not have gone better or more smoothly. Our hosts were personable and friendly without being intrusive. The space had everything we needed all week long. We’ll be back to Paso, and we plan on staying here!

Wonderful place to stay! So clean and the host did so much to make us feel at home and comfortable. They left a gift basket with wine and assorted goodies and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. They even left a fresh baked loaf of sourdough outside our rental one morning! Will definitely mark this Airbnb for our next visit to California!

LOVE this apartment and location! This place was spacious, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! I really appreciated this AirBnB because it's located in an apartment-like complex, so we didn't have to walk through anyone's backyard or worry about limited parking. Check in was easy and we didn't have to deal with any third parties or waiting for owners. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Have been to many Airbnb's around the world, honestly, Ken's place is THE BEST we have ever stayed. It is literally squeaky clean everywhere, even inside the cabinets. :) The place is so well-stocked, from makeup remover, and feminine products in the bathroom, to tape, grocery bags, highlighters, and scissors in the kitchen. There are also a lot of extra linens and towels if needed. The only thing I can think of is show caps. The house is decorated with very good taste. Parking is only steps to the house's entrance, which is private, yet close to the street. The house is only a 3-minute walk from the restaurant where I had the best clam chowder in a long time. The beach is also only one block away. There was even some food for us in the refrig The communication is very easy and fast. Ken always replied within an hour or two. He also granted our special request. Overall, a solid 5 stars! We will definitely stay here again if we come again. We actually already recommend it to our family.

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

Jaimie's condo is amazing. It feels open and spacious, it comfortably sleeps six, the kitchen is well equipped and well stocked, it is furnished tastefully and all furnishings are in good condition it has beautiful views from the deck and it's near a multiuse park. Jaimie is easy to reach by phone and she responds to questions immediately I highly recommend her rental.

This place was amazing from start to finish, and Rachel went out of her way to make us feel welcome including remembering that this trip was for birthday, even though I had booked it months ago and decorating with balloons ribbons and happy birthday headbands!! This stay was an all around 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was exactly as pictured and described. Summer was a wonderful host, very responsive and so kind! She saw we were bringing our infant son and reached out asking if we would like her to set up some baby gear she has. It was so thoughtful and incredibly helpful to not have to travel with those items. The place was clean, and perfect for our stay!
