I had a warm stay at Ms Yvette’s place. Very probinsya, quiet and relaxing, surrounded by lots of trees. Malaki yung place and malinis, very artsy, comfortable lang gumalaw, homey. Kumpleto rin sa gamit :) Ms Yvette was friendly and approachable, and can give you space/privacy as well. She also gave me some insect repellent since i’m prone to insect bites. Happy to report that i had no insect bites naman! Medyo mahirap puntahan yung place if you’re commuting/walking with luggage since it’s uphill. Nasa labas ako most of the day, but going back there late at night was not a problem cos they have a trusted habal service to fetch you wherever you are. Also, Ms Yvette has dogs and cats that can keep you company din! All in all would recommend :)

We had such a great time staying here! The place was clean, cozy, and just like the photos. The host was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close enough to explore but still quiet and relaxing. It felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to coming back!

I had an ejoyable three week stay at Gracy's home. Gracy's home is a simple, older, two-story, traditional Filipino style home but was very cozy and quiet. The home had all the necessary kitchen appliances needed for cooking and also had very strong air conditioning. My girlfriend and I mostly slept in the main bedroom upstairs because it was the roomiest, but there were two other smaller rooms on the same floor. Taller or bigger adults might not like the size of the bathrooms and showers. The WiFi connection was very fast and strong. The home is in a safe, exclusive residential community and there was regular, free shuttle service to the nearby Ayalas Mall Solenad in Nuvali (15 min drive) for shopping. There were some minor nitpicks like occasional ants or worms here and there, and the bathroom sinks only running cold water but thankfully no major issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Gracy's place and would highly recommend it to other tourists looking for a place for longer stays.

Great stay at this property. The location was super convenient near restaurants and convenience stores. Place was cozy and clean. Good thing we were able to play billiards since we spent most of our time here. Would definitely book this place again soon.

Nice place. The house was very spacious. We didn’t use the 2nd floor because the room on the first floor was able to accommodate us all 10 pax. It has a lot of kitchen utensils also. Dinning area was also big. We were able to chill and hang while having karaoke. Bathroom was great also. First floor has 3 bathrooms but one on the living room the flush and bidet is not working. Overall, it was a wonderful stay there. Looking forward to book again.

Definitely feels like you are part of their community. Everyone was saying hi to us and good morning. We also tried the local mini restaurant at the corner of the street. It's also walkable to Waltermart. It's a minute's access to SLEX even once you go outside already the guardhouse. I love that they decorated the place for the upcoming Christmas! We rode the bike going to the pool area. All in all, it was a lovely experience. Thanks again for accommodating us!

PLACE: This is our second time to visit the place. A best haven if you want to spend good time with your family or friends away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Whatever you see in the photos and read in the profile, all of them are 101% true and accurate. HOST: Michelle & co. is truly accommodating and hospitable. We can’t thank them enough for being very generous and caring during our stay. We came to the place with stuff and supplies but there were some supplies that we forgot to buy and her team was attentive enough to attend our needs. Overall, we had a great stay in The Brick House and will surely recommend this place to others. Not to mention that we had a great s’more sesh at their bonfire pit!

Plus the hosts are very accommodating, sweet and thoughtful. who would have thought you will be able to experience a great stay with a VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. They made us feel really “AT HOME”. My family was very happy and they really enjoyed the stay. This of course is a 100% RECOMMENDED. If you wanted to feel warm, home and love, consider this place as your next stay. The usual check in was 2PM to 12PM, but I asked them if we could check in at 12PM if we arrive at Tagaytay a little bit earlier than 2PM, and asked them if how much would it cost us. They said we could check in earlier without any additional fees! We also planned to park our motor somewhere else, like Ayala Mall, but parking was actually free as well. The next day, we asked them again regarding time adjustment. We were supposed to check out at 12PM, but we asked them if we could check out at 3PM, and how much would it be. The owner gave it to us again FOR FREE! 🥰
