Vacation rentals in Los Agadones

Absolutely everything is as described by Nuria in her listing. The house is even better than the photos, it is equipped and decorated with every detail. We were traveling with kids and even had all kinds of games for them. At all times, there was very good communication with the host and they gave us all kinds of facilities. It is located in a very quiet village, but 15min by car is Ciudad Rodrigo, a beautiful village with supermarkets, bars and shops. We would definitely consider repeating in the future. WONDERFUL weekend! The house is perfectly equipped and in a very good location. We had a very good few days with us. Enrique and Isabel are very friendly and very close. We will definitely repeat this summer!

It has been a stay of total disconnection, a lot of tranquility, everything is perfect. The house is as seen and described in the listing, it does not lack anything, the beds are very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, we have enjoyed the barbecue and the good weather. Jesús Manuel is a very nice person who is very nice at all times has shown interest because the stay was 10, he recommended places to visit, routes leaving the house very nice to do as a family at all times available. A stay of 10 of course we will repeat 100% recommended.

Enjoyed a peaceful stay in Esphinhosa. The house is very inviting with plenty of room. Views are amazing with the vineyards across the lane. Virtually no traffic since it is the 2nd last place on the road. A leisurely 5-minute stroll to the little hamlet of Esphinhosa. There's a very small coffee bar & grocery store in town. It has the very basics to get you through. If you plan to make your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, remember to purchase your groceries on the way. For large luggage, you will want to access the 2nd floor from the back door up the hill rather than using the spiral stairs. Also, Google Maps took us straight through Espinhosa. To squeeze through the houses where R.Direita meets R.dos Valados, we had to fold up the mirrors on our Dacia Duster with likely only 1/2" to spare on either side. Make sure to use Rua Cimo do Povo and follow the signs for Valado Houses. Good local food at Restaurante Pesqueirense in São João da Pesqueir.

Phillipa and Paul were absolutely lovely to work with and their property is unbelievable! We felt like we owned a Quinta for a few nights! we got to explore the property, visit with Paul and one of their sons, and savor the beauty of the Douro. They were proactive with communication and sourced a number of wonderful adventures, activities and meals. Without their guidance our trip would have been less fun!

Emma and Cesar's cottage is an unbelievably special place – by far the highlight of my husband and I's 2-week trip to Spain. The surroundings are beautiful; the cottage has a spectacular view of a mountain range and is situated among fruit trees. The cottage itself has everything you need and we especially enjoyed the wood stove/bathroom/and outdoor patio (very romantic!). Thank you Emma and Cesar for your excellent hospitality and for allowing us to enjoy your pottery studio!
