The house exactly matches the photos, it's in a quiet area near the municipal and river pools.

The house is perfect, everything is clean and everything is working. Plenty of activities to do in the area, the very kind host. I don't like fun facts that could have been improved. Thank you so much for everything, we look forward to repeating!

Enjoyed a peaceful stay in Esphinhosa. The house is very inviting with plenty of room. Views are amazing with the vineyards across the lane. Virtually no traffic since it is the 2nd last place on the road. A leisurely 5-minute stroll to the little hamlet of Esphinhosa. There's a very small coffee bar & grocery store in town. It has the very basics to get you through. If you plan to make your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, remember to purchase your groceries on the way. For large luggage, you will want to access the 2nd floor from the back door up the hill rather than using the spiral stairs. Also, Google Maps took us straight through Espinhosa. To squeeze through the houses where R.Direita meets R.dos Valados, we had to fold up the mirrors on our Dacia Duster with likely only 1/2" to spare on either side. Make sure to use Rua Cimo do Povo and follow the signs for Valado Houses. Good local food at Restaurante Pesqueirense in São João da Pesqueir.

The house is spacious and well kept. It was a shame not to be able to use the huge terrace but the heat was horrible. It has 2 air appliances, one on each floor and enough fans for all rooms. When the heat tightens the fan falls a bit short at night but you can sleep well. There were a lot of towels that we really appreciated because we were 7, two marriages and 3 tweens. The village is small and if there is any fiestecilla you cannot park and you have to look for place outside the wall. José María was very attentive to us the whole time and Milagros was very nice to us too.

The accommodation is perfect for a few days, the hostess attended us very well, the location is excellent, the cleanliness is unbeatable and above all the heating in all areas of the house. I would definitely go back to the same house again. You are a perfect vacation.

Very comfortable house, with appropriate cooking utensils and well located right in the center of the village. Very nice village and surroundings. We like the easy way to check in and out, as well as the kindness of the cookies at our reception. Thank you!

we had a very nice stay at Rogerio's place. we were welcomed very friendly, rogerio made us feel at home straight away. he is the most kind and friendly host! and communicates very well. the house is clean and simple, and with a cosy fireplace. they sell products of their own produce like honey and olive oil, which is so cool. the surroundings are really beautifull, it is also really quiet at night. I can recommend this place!

Our stay was all we hoped it would be. Thanks to Tania who looks after the property and who looked after us so well. Beautiful property with stunning views of the valley. Would love to return.
