Everything was exactly how it appeared. Was a perfect relaxing getaway for our group. Mailou and Tanguy were phenomenal hosts and very responsive. Will definitely return!!

Great place with an amazing view. Could walk to town in 20mins. House was perfect for our group with en-suite bedrooms. The pool was great. Saul was very responsive and friendly.

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this villa justice! It’s so beautiful and in a gated neighborhood. Emma was absolutely amazing, she helped me coordinate with others on the island for private transportation and a masseuse. We had an incredible time and would 100% return. We had a group of 7 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. It’s a great villa for a larger group. Thanks again Emma. ❤️

We had an amazing stay. The view from the patio was gorgeous. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the ping pong table, the welcome basket and all the kitchen amenities. Elodie communicated very proactively and was always responsive to our needs. It was perfect! We will come back!

The place is amazing. The only downside is that you don't want to leave. We only saw Kevin, but he was very helpful. The pool wasn't heated, but this was fixed right away. We had Guillermo prepare two dinners and they both were amazing multi-course dinners (albeit not cheap). The setting , his presentation and the tastes plus the cleanup were well worth it. We also had a couples massage in the Villa one day after kayaking and they were great and relatively affordable by comparison. We didn't use the third bedroom, but it had a smoked-in odor that we made Kevin aware of upon out departure so they could address it for future guests. Very private, we only saw the neighbors a few times out by their dock but the house and property is well screened on both sides. The Kayak to the sand bar, the uninhabited island and to Pinel was easy with three two to three person Kayaks available. The water is clear and the temperature was great. The tropical winds were welcome.

What an amazing host and property! The place was lovely, with all the amenities we could need. The host has been incredibly helpful since we booked several months ago, offering great recommendations for things to do and providing insights about the local area. We can’t wait to return. We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! What an amazing setting with a view that you could look at all day and night long! We spent most of our time next to the infinity pool and couldn’t get enough of it. A quick trip down the hill to the local beach and restaurant provided a nice change of scenery (not that it was needed). The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need. We were met upon arrival by their friendly staff. Communication was perfect and we had a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend Laura’s place!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. The location was quiet and peaceful but can get to many places within 10 minutes. The property was beautiful and nothing was better than having a cup of coffee in the morning and overlooking the bay. Sylvie was also amazingly accommodating and worked with us through our flight diversion and getting in late. I would totally come back again and we loved every minute!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach rental, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from Mehdi, our host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, thanks to Agatha, the diligent housekeeper. Every corner of the rental was immaculately clean, and it was evident that she takes great pride in her work. The beach views were stunning, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Mehdi was always available to answer any questions and offer local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. Agatha's attention to detail ensured that we felt right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with exceptional service, I highly recommend this rental.

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Wow, I don’t know where to begin. This villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded all of my expectations. The views were breathtaking, and the privacy between the three spacious rooms made it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and so comfortable. I loved the kitchen and pool area—both were perfect for enjoying the setting. The location is ideal, with a private driveway and easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, great restaurants, beaches, beach clubs, and shops. Both the owner and the host were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I had such a lovely time and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. You truly cannot go wrong. Our family had a wonderful vacation. The villa was everything that we could have hoped and dreamed for. Everything that was listed in the description is accurate. Eric was always very accommodating and responsive. We appreciated the thoughtful goodies that he provided once we arrived to the island. The villa is in a safe area and we enjoyed exploring the island by renting a car. It is helpful to have at least a compact SUV in order to drive to the villa due to the steeper inclines.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

This villa is beautiful, with spacious rooms, with a great view and everything needed for a beach-style vacation. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and amenities. Our local host, Johnny, was available 24/7 to help with minor issues and was responsive to our needs. He helped sort out a car rental issue right away, came over when we had questions or something needed our attention. Our main issue was the lack of a "house book" which would have helped us figure out how to work certain appliances like the oven, which was so "modern" that we college-graduated savvy guests couldn't figure out how to work! Local restaurant suggestions and reviews would have been helpful, though we had pretty good success at finding excellent food on our own.

The Villa is private and quiet. The pool and deck area are lovely. Great place to have a few cocktails after the beach and relax. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious. The walk to the beach is close and easy. Tons of great restaurants in orient village which was about 8-10 minute walk from the Villa. The walk is easy, no hills. I will recommend Estelle’s Villa to anyone looking for a great stay in Orient Beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay and sad we had to leave. Thanks Estelle for sharing your beautiful Villa.

Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

It is tough to put into words how much we loved Caza Lili! The villa was in the perfect location, steps away from the beach and a short drive to almost anywhere on the island. Having Jojo Burger, the Monoprix, and bakery all a short walk away was a wonderful touch. The beach is extremely private (there were times we were the only ones there) and the villa feels extremely safe and private. I can’t recommend this villa enough if you are traveling to St Barths and we will definitely be returning!

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

The crystal-clear pool, framed by vibrant greenery, was the perfect spot to unwind. The location balances privacy and convenience, with easy access to the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Housekeeping was excellent—thorough yet unobtrusive. This villa exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a magical St. Barts getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for a couple to stay in. Hosts were wonderful and the place was beautiful!
