My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

We had a lovely stay here, the location is perfect and the property had everything we could have needed for our stay. We travelled with two young children and the apartment was really well equipped. The cosy log fire was great for our winter break and the kids loved the selection of board games. Everything was super clean and easy to find. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend for a trip to Padstow. Fantastic location, Property and communication. Thank you

Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed and more. We loved the walk to Maenporth beach as did our dogs and easy to walk into Falmouth. Shame we did not have longer to try the facilities on site! Shelley great at communicating, checking we had everything we needed. 5 stars!!!

We were so grateful for such a warm and welcoming stay at the cottage, having just landed back in London from LA and wanting a last minute, restful place to stay for our remaining few days off before heading back home. Full of amenities, everything was easy to use and find and we couldn’t fault the stay. The cottage was easy enough to find even in the dark and the surrounds are peaceful with great views. We made use of the Coast Path and walked through Crackington Haven and over to High Cliff. We just love the stunning scenery of Cornwall. Access to other more famous places such as Bude, Tintagel and Clovelly over the border was great and easy. We’d happily stay again and recommend this spot to anyone.

We had a gorgeous stay at Shuttaford Farm. There are so many lovely touches in the barn that you feel right at home, but it all feels very special and thoughtful. Fran was a terrific host - responsive and friendly, and even leant me a spare pair of walking boots when I realised I’d left mine at home! The surrounding area is just stunning - highly recommend a walk through Hembury Woods. Highly recommended for a family trip.

Great place to stay and only 20 mins walk from the centre. It was extremely clean, spacious and value for money. The social areas and kitchen were very generous for space. Hot water and heated when required. Overall exactly what we were looking for.

The house was clean and tidy when we arrived, the kitchen being even better than the photos, a large airy room with everything we needed for our stay. Outside there is seating in the front and back, both great spots for sitting in the sunshine. The short flat walk into town and to the beach was perfect and the parking space is directly outside the house. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. Kerran was great to communicate with and provided recommendations for days out and places to eat.

We were a group of 6 scuba divers diving in Porthkerris and Peter's property was perfect for our needs. He was very responsive before the trip, friendly and keen to ensure we had everything we needed whilst we were there. The cream tea and scones were a lovely treat! We would stay again for our next trip.
