It was our second time staying in the tiny container. Always a very quiet and peaceful stay. Feels like home away from home.. Beverly is an amazing host ,very friendly and her breakfast is so delicious. We have this as a must stay whenever we are in the area.

We had such an amazing stay! The house was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed. Our whole family enjoyed it, but our 4-year-old declared The Linden House her “Birpday House” and anytime we went anywhere demanded to go back to her house. Thank you for sharing such a cozy and welcoming space with us. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

The place was exactly as described. The farm was so cute with the ducks on the pond and the miniature horses and sheep. We got in very late-which was nice because we could still check in that late-so we were sad we couldn’t stay longer to hang out, especially on the back deck and to try the big soaking tub!

This is my go-to stay when traveling from Texas to Missouri. Its one of the few towns before entering hours of nowhere and its safe, clean, and has a fenced backyard. Its attached to the main house but in the 4+? times I've stayed here I have never bumped into the owners. If you stay here please treat it well.

Myself and my two kids stayed in their camper. It was just enough room for us to get a good night's sleep while visiting our family in Arkansas. Accessing the key was easy, the camp site is just down the road from the highway and the area is peaceful. Bekah had plenty of towels for us and after living in a camper for a while she was great full to my recommendations for a bathroom fan to reduce moisture and possibly a leaky toilet. The camper still had that new camper smell. Absolutely perfect for 2 people with the bunks for extra storage. Our luggage took up any extra space in front of the door while we slept. A/C kept us cool at night and the little bit of decor was perfect. This would make a great little getaway for a couple. And ducks on the pond to boot! Super cute and cozy.

Sharon was an amazing host. Our family enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the entire house. It was very comfortable and a great quiet neighborhood. Sharon informed us about the road construction, and she wasn’t kidding! My daughter asked, where did they find that many cones? It didn’t bother us or impede any of our travel plans, but you will need to drive with caution. Thanks Sharon for a wonderful stay!

The home was nice and cozy. Everything me and my kids needed were there - kitchen pots/pans, utensils, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Walmart is like 2 minutes away for anything you may need. My favorite were the super soft towels and the coffee variety! I would definitely recommend this home as well as stay again!

My family and I stayed here while attending a volleyball tournament in Cabot. it was so nice to be able to relax after a long day of tournament play and we felt like we were at home. The home was exactly as described and worked very well for our group. Theresa and Erin were very helpful and always responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in town!

The space was absolutely wonderful, I stayed there with my mom (who has chronic pain issues) and she fell in love with the master bed. They were very responsive and helpful when I had troubles with the keypad on the door (which was entirely user error). It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in town and will definitely try to stay there again if they're available next time im in town.

The living area features a comfortable sofa with decorative blue and white cushions, alongside a matching armchair. A round coffee table sits in the center on a patterned area rug. Natural light enters through the window, which is covered with white blinds.

My family needed a place to stay when our home was under some emergency repair. It was unexpected and last minute; this home was exactly what we needed. River was a great host and the home was incredibly comfortable for us all. The communication was great, we had everything that we needed, and the house was in a great spot.

"Summer" Cottage at Farmstead

On the outskirts of Little Rock, Scott is a town with many hidden gems. One of these is the Summer cottage that offers visitors peace and quiet, as well as clean accommodations. My stay, while brief, allowed me the time to enjoy the well appointed cottage. Excellent bedding, great water pressure, and furniture to recline and relax. Enjoyed the large table to put a puzzle together, as well as the TV that offered streaming services. My only regret, unfortunately, is that I could not stay longer.
