We recently stayed in this magnificent property and had a lovely, peaceful and relaxed holiday. Laetitia was flexible on our check in time and was there to greet us and show us all of the amenities at the property. The house was spotless and exactly as described. There is a lovely bakery within 5 minutes and during our stay Laetitia was very responsive to any requests and was brilliant to deal with. Lovely family holiday and exactly what we were looking for

Very good home for a WE cut off from the urban world. The services offered do not get bored. The hot tub is very nice and accessible 24/7. Please note that you must provide towels, garbage bags and even toilet paper, nothing is provided.

We had a great week at this place to stay. When we arrived, the house was spotless and well equipped. The location is ideal, close to a forest and a charming village with bakery, cafe, restaurant, tobacco and grocery store. Lidl, Action and Marché U supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive away. Sophie, our host, was very available by phone, and Sylvain, the neighbor, welcomed us warmly with great advice on the area. We took full advantage of the spa, pool and ping pong table. The kids had fun with the bikes, toys, and swing. Don't miss the BBQ and ice dispenser! Note that a little extra charge for electricity is to be provided for the spa, heated pool and other facilities that consume more. I would highly recommend this place to families looking for a peaceful and green setting.

When we decided to spend a few days in the countryside, we didn't know this getaway would be so wonderful. As soon as we arrived, our host's warm welcome immediately set the scene for a memorable experience. His sincere smile and delicate touches made us feel at home. The premises were spotless, and the furniture provided brought a touch of comfort and charm. Every room seemed to tell a story, and we could feel the love our host had set out to set up this place. The natural setting around us was simply relaxing. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to get away from it all. We left with a light heart and calm mind, with our heads full of joyful memories. Thank you to our host for making this stay.

Alan and Heather were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs. The place was easily located and easy to get to. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and enjoyed the pool. In fact, we were even able to enjoy it in rainy weather thanks to a specific shelter installed for this purpose. Regarding the equipment, there is everything you need (kitchen, bathroom...) The cottage also has a large green space, a large area for children with several games and a barbecue.

Stanislas and Camille's house is very warm. It is quietly secluded in the Perche countryside, which is what we were looking for for these few days of the end of the year with friends. The rooms are nicely decorated and pleasant for moments of rest or conviviality. Everything has lots of charm. Camille and Stanislas are very friendly and were able to answer any questions we had during our stay. Check-in guidelines are very easy. We only put one small downside: the value for money, in summer with the pool it is surely more favorable. We had a pleasant stay in Monthorin.

We had a great time with friends with our kids . We travel very often with b&b and we had never seen so many amenities in a kitchen! there is absolutely everything! The house is tastefully furnished in beautiful materials, it's lovely. Everything is designed to make us run out of nothing . And it's very, very clean! We will definitely go back to enjoy the beautiful garden.

A peaceful harbor in the heart of Le Perche Regional Park with a covered terrace with magnificent views of rolling countryside, sometimes visited by deer. Very comfortable and warm cottage, particularly well equipped, nothing is missing. Sophie is a very welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. We will happily come back on sunny days to enjoy the beautiful terrace and barbecue.

It was a very pleasant stay thanks to: - Isabelle and Dominique's kindness and attentive welcome - to the comfort of the accommodation, very clean and functional - with a superb environment: the accommodation overlooks a beautiful garden with a pond and forested hills, which is very relaxing. Great calm assured. In short, a great place!

We stayed two days in Jane's beautiful house and her husband: the house has a lot of charm both externally and internally with antique furniture that gives a family home atmosphere, it is spacious and perfectly maintained, its bathrooms are modern, you get hot in the middle of winter thanks to its insert fireplace and pellet stove. Jane is also lovely, we enjoyed meeting us. You can go there without a second thought!

Perfect cottage for a family weekend!! There were 26 of us. Beautiful spaces, with lots of amenities. Careful cleaning. Very well equipped kitchen. The weather wasn't conducive to outdoor activities, but the garden and outdoor terrace are craving. I recommend it and we plan to come back to get together.

2nd time we come to Gisèle's place, we are always welcome and the house is perfect for a quiet weekend!

We stayed in the house in November. So the atmosphere was very cocooning inside: fireplace, board games, foosball and ping pong (in the garage). The house is spacious, pleasant and very well-equipped. The owner is very friendly and responsive, with a response to each of our requests. We also took advantage of the fresh eggs laid by the chickens on the property.

We rented the place to celebrate Christmas with the family (12 people). It is beautiful and true to the description: very well equipped and very well heated despite the large (beautiful) volumes. The table inside is a little small compared to the capacity of the accommodation but the bedding in the 3 bedrooms is excellent. Unfortunately, time didn't allow us to enjoy the surrounding countryside, making the boots a must have! Benjamin and Anne-Thaïse are very available and responsive to messages, and Marie is flexible for check-in and check-out times. I would highly recommend this listing for a pleasant time in Le Perche.

A super warm place for a weekend getaway with family or friends. We were very well hosted and had a great time. We will come back in summer, so we can also enjoy the outdoors which looks very nice!

great stay despite the weather , but walks were not our goal. Extremely warm house. The fireplace was a big part of it. there is everything you need, excellent bedding. Alice is extremely friendly, responsive i highly recommend it.
