Perfect location at Ahuriri on the waterfront. We had a small issue with a door lock that Kerry resolved immediately and when we came back from our bike ride. The door lock had been fixed and sorted. A comfortable house with plenty of space, and good water pressure for the showers. Great dry comfy beds and easy walking distance to Ahuriri restaurants, bars and shops. A perfect place for a girls weekend away. Thanks Annette and Kerry for such a lovely stay.

Great communication from Sue at all times. Clear instructions for entry and leaving. House had everthing for a great break and was very child friendly for folk with young kids. only minutes from the sea and easy walk into town centre. Would recommend this property as great place to stay and good value. Thank you Sue

We adored our stay! The cottage was pristine. The location is great. It is right across a quiet stretch of beach and walking distance from a great playground. It is very close to the airport but recent upgrades meant we couldn't hear the planes from inside the house. Our little one was obsessed with watching the planes take off. What really set this place apart was how thoughtful and kind the hosts were. We have a baby and toddler and the hosts brought toys for the kids to play with. The kids had the best time!

We greatly enjoyed our time at Caleb's house. Beautiful modern home with all the necessary amenities. Great art on the walls, super spacious, and set in a quiet location. Caleb was really great with his communication, which helped to make our stay so enjoyable. We have stayed in many Airbnb places over the years and Caleb's place would definitely rate in the top 5! Thanks, Caleb!

We (4 couples) had a great stay. It was lovely and roomy, had magnificent views and was surrounded in well-cared-for gardens. The pool was a big attraction - it was clean and private and we loved the garden around it. We thought we were going to do a lot of activities (climb Mitre Peak, visit a winery, go cycling) but in the end, the house, the beach, the pool and the garden were all we needed. It was a really relaxing holiday!!! Thanks Krissy for being so friendly and helpful.

We had such a lovely time at the property, thank you. Plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - nicely decorated and homely. Fantastic heated swimming pool! The kitchen was really well equipped - the coffee machine was excellent. Also really appreciated the aircon on a hot day. Would love to come and stay again sometime, thank you.

We had the most wonderful 3 nights in Napier at Derek’s place. We got to spend time as a family in the most perfect location! The place had an amazing view of the bay while being a very short walk into town. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Napier

We booked Jack and Sarah's property for a 2-day strategy workshop, and were not disappointed. The property boasts stunning views, has plenty of bedrooms and beds available for groups, and was perfectly equipped for our needs. The biggest feature we absolutely loved was the private retreat feel close enough to Napier (just under half an hour) however you feel like you're completely away from all the hustle and bustle that comes with a town or city. Every detail in the property is carefully thought out and presented immaculately. Would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended getaway location.

Apartment is new, sparkling clean, comfortable and well located, walkable distance to Ahuriri and yet tucked in the bush. Hosts were waiting for us to ease our check in as we arrived at night time. And even though there was a misunderstanding from my side they were kind enough to cater for our needs straight away.

The house was lovely and our group had a very enjoyable stay. Peter met us on arrival and welcomed us and then came and saw us as we were leaving. We had a power cut (very brief) but Peter messaged us straight away to see if we needed any torches. The house had everything we needed and was great for a group of adult. (Would also be a great place to stay with kids - lots of games and outdoor activities. Great big section and plenty of parking. Very secure.

This place was just perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, gentle decor, clean and welcoming. I loved it and will definitely come back.

The house is huge. And perfect for us. The garden with the play house, trampoline and all the cars was a blast for the kids. Good location for Napier as well as in town itself. Friendly and helpful neighborhood.
