Vacation rentals with lake access in Long Lake

Very clean, the bed was very comfortable, large TV also had ice in the freezer for us. One of the better places I've stayed at.

Another stay here in the books for our family and yet again nothing but rave reviews! Peaceful, relaxing and beautiful atmosphere! Kasey & Jared were amazing hosts once again, always responsive and so friendly! Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here during the Long Lake ice fishing derby. The house was absolutely perfect. Clean, well stocked with essentials and the host was extremely responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We plan on booking it in the summer also since it’s right on the lake.

This was our third time at the house and we were so glad to be back. The JetBlue flight arrives late and it was really nice to stay in a house we now know so well. We came this time to see the leaves and the view out the back across Lake Echo was spectacular. Thanks Tammy. Hope to be back up there next summer

We loved our stay! Such a cozy and comfortable, we plan to return. The location was beautiful and had lots of firewood to make our stay even better. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This house was amazing! It was on the lake very calm and peaceful. We went in October the foliage was so beautiful. Plenty of room for our whole family. It is like home away for home! We have Airbnb this place twice and would do it again. Prefect spot!!

We were very happy with the house, comfortable, clean and it fit our family perfectly. Great location, short drive into town (Fort Kent) same distance to our high school football game we were attending and easy to find. Sweet little spot to hang out by the lake!! Beautiful place to stay in Maine! Highly recommend 😊

This island home was the perfect little vacation spot during a cold Maine December. Denise’s place was warm and inviting, and there were even fresh cookies made for us upon our arrival. The place was clean and well equipped with cooking staples (oil, salt, condiments, etc.), high quality cookware, extra shampoo and soaps, and even laundry detergent for use with the full size washer and dryer. I plan on returning during the summer months to explore even more of Aroostook!

Angelo is an extraordinary host, the estate was perfect, a beautiful little peaceful square, nice people. Note that there is no cellular network, however there is a very good Wi-Fi network. Thanks a lot Angelo!!😁

The apartment that Angelo listed is in a former retirement building that is in the process of being transformed. The place itself is really spacious and comfortable. As this is located in a very small quiet village, reception is almost nonexistent — something to keep in mind if you rely on your phone maps as a GPS. The closest grocery store is about 15 minutes away (although check on business hours before going there). My wife and I stayed here just to relax quietly and do a bit of hiking and walking. This place was perfect for that.

We were looking for a place to stay on Long Lake to visit family and friends from Van Buren. This place was wonderful. We brought up our kayaks and enjoyed paddling every day. Woke up to loons and bald eagles, lovely! We hope to stay again next summer.

The house was very clean and had all we needed. It had a nice kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans, washer/dryer, etc., a big deck, comfortable furniture, and two a/c units which kept the house cool on hot days. The fridge even had some fresh eggs! My only regret was that the lake was really not easy to access. The dock was not set up & the path to the water ended in mud and reeds.. Getting a kayak or a larger boat in there or even swimming would be difficult and awkward due to the trees and reeds and mud near the shore. Our neighbor confirmed that. We didn't plan to go boating, but being able to swim in the lake a bit would have been nice. I hope that lake access will improve. Everything else about the house was very nice. The views from the deck were nice. We felt good about staying there. It was easy to get to places we wanted to visit, like Ft. Kent & St. Agatha. The island had very little traffic; it was very quiet. We enjoyed hearing the loons calling !

We loved staying at Moonlight cove! We had everything we needed and more! It was cozy and quiet and my son LOVED the loft while we loved the downstairs bedroom with a view of the lake.

Deborah was very responsive to our needs. Shes the kind of person that you make friends with and ask for game night. The cabin has been one of our best vacations. So peaceful and beautiful. We will be going back. My husband is from Presque Isle and we came to visit his mom. It was 10 minutes from town and her apartment. Deborah had some great suggestions. Make sure you eat at Shannons on Academy street. Deborah told us about it and it didn’t disappoint We loved our stay!

Carol's place was perfect for the ice fishing trip we took

Eric and Natali's cottage is ideally located for swimming, kayaking, boating, etc. on beautiful Lac Baker. Although the location is tranquil, it is also convenient - 15 minutes or less drive from several area markets and within day tripping distance of many interesting sights in the area. The cottage has lovely indoor and outdoor areas to sit and relax while enjoying the views and intermittent serenades from the loons. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the chairs and sofas offer many sitting/lounging options to satisfy everyone. We especially enjoyed having access to the kayaks and watching sunrise and sunset over Lac Baker. Thank you for hosting us, and we look forward to visiting again!

My family and I are all water enthusiasts and lodging so close to Long Lake was fabulous! What a view! We had fun swimming in such a clean lake and enjoyed paddle boating as well. Such a wonderful getaway. This is a must stay for anyone looking to vacation in northern Maine.
