Beachfront vacation rentals in Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach

We had a wonderful stay! Paul and Janet were excellent hosts making our Christmas trip relaxing. Nestled into a neighborhood, their home is within a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and away from all the big high rise condos. Our pup felt right at home—especially in the backyard. Unlike other rentals, Paul and Janet went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable—early check in, Christmas tree, Christmas decor, kitchen essentials, and lots of extras (extra paper towels, hand soaps, extra toilet paper, fans, sound machines, batteries, dog bowls, etc.). To access the third bedroom with bunk beds, you enter through the second bedroom. Paul was very responsive and communicative. He and Janet truly made our Christmas special. We would stay again.

We had a fantastic time! The property was a beautiful spot right on the beach, perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean and comfortable, and Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Igor's place was absolutely perfect. My mom lives in Panama Florida and was getting married so my husband and I needed a place to stay. I have stayed in hotel down by the beach but places like that never feel like you're at home. Igor's sandpiper was just that it had all the comforts of home and the location was just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beach. I absolutely loved everything about my stay! thank you Igor for sharing your home 🥰

This was the perfect spot with lots of extras. A short walk to the beautiful beach and minutes from restaurants and entertainment. Hosts are more than helpful with anything to make stay most comfortable. The PacMan video game was the icing as it brought some true nostalgia. I will definitely book again!

This place was fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again! The view was beautiful & the condo itself was great.

Cami’s place was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. So convenient to restaurants, Dollar General and anything else we wanted was just a short drive away. Such a peaceful place with a great pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is easy and very nice with beautiful landscaping that I enjoyed admiring. We would love to be able to visit again next year and enjoy Cami’s beautiful home away from home again.

We had dogs with us and he was very friendly and flexible and we had a great stay ! Thank you !

Val is amazing. She reached out in advance of our arrival to ensure we were able to communicate. Email directions were spot on!! Location of this condo is perfect!! We will be back. Val is an amazing host!! We were anticipating Hurricane Helene and she connected with us to ensure we were safe, and that we had all that we needed!!

Kurt was an absolute lifesaver! After a terrible experience with another condo, we booked Kurt's place last minute and he was incredibly accommodating. We were a family of five and the three-bedroom condo was perfect for us. The views were stunning and the condo was spotless. We highly recommend staying here! Kurt is a fantastic host! So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

My friends and I had a great stay at Jason’s place! We had so much fun around 30A and it was the perfect size little house for four people.

This stay was absolutely perfect! Everything about the house was amazing, from the beautiful design to the comfortable amenities. The heated pool was truly exceptional and made our stay even more special. The host was absolutely outstanding—always quick to respond to any questions and resolving any issues flawlessly. We stayed at Stephanie’s place over Christmas and it was absolutely amazing. She was fantastic, flexible and very responsive to all my questions. The beach was close by and it was great having the golf cart with our small kids. Also, the toys provided and heated pool was a huge bonus for our family. Would definitely recommended!!

This was our second time staying n this house for our annual work girls trip and we love it! We love the location. It’s so easy and convenient to The beach. It has enough room for all of us and is located n the perfect area between all the fun things. We definitely plan to come back

Such a beautiful home near the beach. Very spacious and clean. It’s very easy to check-in and checkout. Everything was very clean when we got there enjoyed staying here a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and would return. While it is located between some high-rise complexes the beach was not overly crowded and was easily walkable from our deck to the beach. There is a Walmart about 20 minutes away but there was also a local grocery store right up the road that had anything we needed to supplement the trip we made at the start of the week. Well stocked plates/cups/silverware in kitchen - standard fridge and wine/drink chiller fridge as well was a nice addition. Stephen was very friendly and easy to deal with, and didn't really have to interact with him much that week because we had everything we needed when we arrived and no major issues during our stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We had a group of 9 girls and enjoyed the stay! We were walking distance from the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean. Large parking space, we had three cars and they all fit and had extra space.

If you are looking for a nice peaceful place to just relax it’s a good location I liked it because it was peaceful some of the linens could use an upgrade noticed a couple stains on the very last linen on the mattress

Darin was a terrific host. The place was very nice and well maintained. Felt very comfortable and relaxed from the start. Responded very quickly to my questions. Will definitely stay again in the future.
