Haben uns bei Sabina wie zuhause gefühlt . Sie war immer für einen da und hat hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Wir waren in der Nebensaison was wir sehr als Vorteil gesehen haben, keine Partymeile mehr , sehr zum Vorteil für Leute die es etwas ruhiger mögen , die Strände sind schön leer . Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

Хозяйка Весна очень душевно нас приняла! Дом очень комфортный, чистый и наполнен всем необходимым. В холодильнике нас ждали подарки, а также иногда по утрам нас угощали свежесрезаным инжиром. Раз в 2 дня у нас убирались, что было неожиданно и очень приятно. В доме 3 комнаты, 2 с/у, большой зал, большой балкон. Нас было 6 человек и всем было очень удобно и просторно в доме. Также в распоряжении была куча полотенец, которыми можно было пользоваться дома. (Так что можете брать полотенца только для пляжа.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Каждый наш завтрак был с прекрасным видом на море. Один из нас заболел и Весна принесла градусник и таблетки, хоть это и было поздно ночью. Потом очень заботилась и спрашивала о больном. Когда начался шторм, а нас не было дома, хозяйка зашла и убрала все наши вещи, которые мы повесили сушиться, чтобы они не намокли. Рядом с домой всегда есть свободный, бесплатный паркинг. Это большой плюс, потому что паркинг- это реальная проблема в Черногории. 10 минутах от дома есть 3 пляжа (и песок, и камень), супермаркет, рынок и главная улица. Мы настолько в восторге и от дома и от Весны, что теперь если приедем в Ульцин, то обязательно в этот дом! Это очень крутое место. Советуем всем! Благодарим Весну от всей души! От Гоши, Ани, Никиты, Вани, Насти и Артёма! We were hosted very sincerely! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Excellent stay, all the amenities included. Jaccuzi and pool made the trip more fun and relaxing. Billiards was an icing. Very clean and porche setup. Overall the best airbnb stay i ever did. Definitely recommend

We stayed in this cozy house for a month, and we loved it. It’s surrounded by a charming garden with pomegranates, barberries, and palms, and there’s a huge gazebo covered in kiwi vines. We enjoyed tangerines, pomegranates, apples, and nuts from the garden and spent lots of time outside. For our kids (we have three), it was especially delightful: they searched for snails in the grass, spotted lizards on sun-warmed stones, and found it all incredibly exciting. Inside, the house has a neat and bright interior. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes and everything we needed, while the bedrooms have lots of bedding and towels.The living room has two large, comfortable sofas and enough space for a big group to relax. The host is incredibly attentive and kind, helping us with everything—from unloading our belongings to even assisting with a parking ticket fine 😆 He always resolved any issues we had. We’re very grateful ❤️

We enjoyed the stay in the old town. The apartment is a romantic place. Thanks to the host who did pick us up and guide as to parking and the place making it a relaxed experience.

Жилье чистое, светлое, вид из окна на море, тихо, есть парковка, интернет, бассейн, небольшая кухня, удобный матрас на кровати, полотенца в ванной. Из нюансов: до пляжа пешком далеко и это в гору с крутым подъёмом, до магазина тоже идти минут 10 - 15 в гору, на машине нет проблем доехать до пляжей и магазинов. Заранее подготовтесь оплатить туристический сбор, мы этот момент упустили при заселении и нам о нем не напомнили, хорошо что при выезде не возникло проблем.

Gorans place was very convinient, close to Bar and major road. Highly recomended. Goran was extremely good host. Facilities where plentiful. Kitchen was clean and equiped with all necessary utilities ready to prepare your own food.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit dem vorhandenen Kayak kann man direkt vom Hauseigenen Meerreszugang die Gegend sehr gut vom Meer aus erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit... gerne wider.

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

Zoran er en veldig hyggelig vært med rask responstid! Stedet ligger veldig sentralt med flott utsikt over gamlebyen og gangavstand (3 min) til stranden.

Locuința a fost foarte frumoasa, curată, spațioasă, am fost 15 persoane și a fost suficient spațiu pentru toti. Proprietarul este foarte prietenos și de treaba, chiar dacă a locuit cu noi nu ne-a deranjat deloc. 5 stele din toate punctele de vedere, șederea noastra a fost peste Așteptările noastre.

Wunderschöner Blick auf die Bucht. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Haus komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Parken am Haus (für mich) sehr abenteuerlich, in der Parallelstraße gibt es aber einen Schotter Parkplatz auf dem man für kleines Geld parken kann.

I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Milos gave us a warm welcome and some great recommendations for the area. We were even allowed to pick fruits from the beautiful garden, which was a dream come true 🥰

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind fantastisch. Kol hat uns sogar nachts um 2 Uhr in die Unterkunft gelassen und war immer gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch sehr entspannt, man kann von hier an den See, nach Shkodra und ist auch schnell in den albanischen Alpen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die nicht unbedingt in einem touristischen Hotspot und einem generischem Apartment landen wollen. Gerne wieder :)

Miejsce spokojne, zadbane. Spędziliśmy tu 7 nocy. Dobra Voda jako miejscowość nie zachwyciła nas. Tłumy ludzi, zgiełk, plastik. Nie ma kontaktu z przyrodą. Jest dużo sklepów - to bardzo wygodne. Sam budynek, w którym jest apartament to kompleks kilkunastu mieszkań z dostępem do basenu i w dole do morza - tam leżaki i parasole bezpłatnie do dyspozycji gości, ale ludzie wcześnie rano je zajmują. Ścieżka tam wśród pięknej roślinności, idealna do robienia zdjęć - szczególnie o zachodzie słońca. Zejście do morza po drabince lub śliskich schodach - weź buty kąpielowe. Bezpośrednie zejście z mieszkania na basen po schodkach bardzo wygodne. Gdy w basenie byli inni ludzie hałas nie był męczący, bo ze względu na klimatyzację zamknięte są drzwi i okna. Taras czysty z pięknym widokiem. Idealny na poranną kawę lub wieczorną lampkę wina. Gospodarz punktualny i odpowiedzialny. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Wypożyczyliśmy od niego samochód na dwa dni. Wszystko przebiegło bez zarzutu. Dziękujemy!
