Family-friendly vacation rentals in Long Beach

Julia was lovely to deal with. The place was very well located, a short walk to a dog friendly beach which was so lovely! A cafe and general store around the corner.

This is our second visit to Jos's beautiful property. It's a large property which suites 2 families. It's private and quiet but yet a short walk to the pristine beach with hardly anyone nearby. The house is clean and well-equipped with everything we need. It's lovely to dine at the alfresco, watching kangaroos and birds in the backyard. Jos also provided bikes, boogie boards and beach equipment. She is friendly and always easy to reach and gave us tips on local activities and areas to visit. We absolutely loved it and will return again

My partner, our dog and I stayed at Jo’s place for 3 nights. Jo was the most thoughtful host we have ever encountered on AIRBNB. We have stayed in a few AIRBNB’s, and no host has ever provided as much as what Jo did. Jo has thought of everything to ensure we had a stress-free and relaxing holiday. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how immaculately clean the apartment was. Jo also provided breakfast juice, bread rolls, butter/margarine, an array of teas, coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast cereals and even provided alternative milk choices. Check in and check out was a breeze and stress free. Jo was very efficient in all correspondence. The location is perfect! Fishing was just a short 5 sec walk to the waters edge. My partner caught a brim for dinner, which we cooked on the BBQ. The Oyster Shed has the best oysters and prawns. The Farm Gate Café has the best coffee. Steffy our dog loved the backyard and chilling out on balcony. We highly recommend this AIRBNB.

Nadja has excelled in the hospitality she extended to us . My daughter and I were in need of a much needed retreat hoping to rest and restore. Rosenthal Farm Retreat more than met our hopes and expectations. This little solar passive retreat invites the light and sun in with views over the countryside to take your breath away. The sunrise early morning was worth getting up for .....lovely enjoying the colours ,beauty and stillness from the deck . Although 5 mins or less drive to Milton township for restaurants, ,boutique eateries and great little clothes shops we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere and a million miles from care. Nadja has created a retreat with all you need .....full kitchen , huge spa bath with views over the countryside , woodfire and all the comforts of home .Thank you so much Nadja it was everything we needed and more. We will be back soon !!!!

Lovely neat little cabin, one of a very small complex - not attached to someone’s property. Easy walk to the local shops or the beach. Updated interior with every we needed. Host was friendly and really approachable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the cottages and only wish we had more time to explore the grounds. The self-contained cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable travelling with a 1yo, they were able to provide a highchair and travel cot. Spacious accomodation in the beautiful and peaceful bush lands, would definitely stay here again

This spot is magic. From coffee upon waking on the huge deck overlooking the mountains, to sunset from the spa. This is a place where your soul will unwind.

Had a lovely quiet family holiday at this beach house, kids loved the fire pit as well as the beaches so close by.

This wonderful little beach house had everything we needed for a weekend away. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was near and tidy and we loved the north facing (fenced) front yard! It was a quick stroll to the beach and very easy to access.

Great place, close to the beach. All the amenities you need including a really nice deck out the side of the house. Using the key for the front door can be a bit tricky - just needs a fair bit of jimmying. Really easy to communicate with Vanessa who’s friendly and flexible.

We had a lovely peaceful stay here with our dog. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds are amazing with lots to explore. Each cottage is very private. Really didn't want to leave.

We had a nice overnight break on our road trip. Great place for our dog to have a good run. The bird life was spectacular. Comfortable & slept well.

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature. Very peaceful, we loved the big windows in the living room looking out at the trees, hanging out in the outdoor kitchen, and around the camp fire! My parents don't like camping or more rustic places usually and they really enjoyed their stay too! It was definitely their type of 'camping'! 100% recommend staying at this lovely cabin! It has given my partner and I some inspiration of what we would like in our future home! Thanks Stuart :)

The house was clean, inviting, modern and with magical bird song. We saw an echidna, rabbits and endless birdlife. The house is quiet for any light sleepers. The private beach is accessible for multiple properties but most of the time you are on your own. The kitchen is well appointed with great plates, cutlery and everything you need. We had all meals out each day with so many options in Bateman's Bay (our favourite was The Punt House and the Catalina Golf Club). One gentle but important suggestion: All beds are unstable, rickety and rock around with just one person sleeping and need updating with some more modern, secure mattresses and bases.

Great stay over the long weekend! Family was happy with location and look and feel of this lovely spot! Great location for a full range of nice things to do!

Diana’s place was in the perfect location. Quiet and private yet close to everything we needed. Very family friendly, spacious, clean and relaxing.

Perfect place to spend a night or two, great location and was so easy walk into town and enjoy huskisson, hassle free and Pia had thought of everything we might have needed! We also loved the bonus of Daisy as company :)

My family loved the house, the pool, and the fact it was so close to the beach was a bonus. The house had everything we needed. Kids had a ball. It was in short Driving distance to all main attractions that we went to. Definitely would recommend to others and would definitely consider staying there again.

Melissa was a wonderful host and even accommodating for my mum who was on a wheelchair. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. The place is beautiful and the view amazing. We had a happy stay.

A dreaming place away from home. The big house on a big land has 5 bed rooms with 5 bath rooms suited for a big family or a group of friends. The kitchen is huge as well catered for some serious cooking though we didn't use much. There are also 4 living and dining areas plus a movie room. We all enjoy the place. The host is attentive and caring person, always very willing to help.
