The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming home in Providenciales. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly at ease. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities, making it easy to explore the island. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Providenciales.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Karen was friendly and more than happy to suggest local activities and restaurant's. We appreciated the kayaks, snorkeling gear and beach towels. We also enjoyed our time on the Lady Grace Catamaran. The crew and lunch provided was wonderful. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay in your home.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Gregory was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and super helpful & made our stay very easy and peaceful. Sunny Paradise was the perfect location, it was super close to everything we wanted to see & do with our rental car. The villa is located behind electric gates and is super secure! Thank you Gregory, for making our stay so easy and for being a great host! We will certainly be back :)

Nathaly was incredibly nice, very communicative and provided a ton of helpful suggestions for the island. The house is in a great location close to the beach and (almost even better) Coco Bistro/Van. Check in was easy and everything was as advertised. I would definitely stay again - already looking forward to planning the next trip!

There is not enough space for me to write how great Rod and Karen are as hosts. I have been staying in Airbnb’s for years and have never experienced such wonderful people in all my travels. So accommodating for our group that was in town for a wedding. So fun to layout by this gorgeous pool and hear stories of the locals and some history. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable and I slept better here than at home. We will definitely plan a return to this lovely property in the further. Rod and Karen, we had the best time thanks to you both! Great stay in Long Bay Beach area. Laverne’s apartment was perfect for two adults looking to get away. Had everything you wanted to make the most of your time there. Much quieter than the resort areas near Grace Bay, but felt safe and accessible to the entire island. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for the non-resort option. Laverne was super helpful and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. 5 stars.

Alexandra’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our time on Providencials! It was even better than described, and in an awesome location close to the marina, beaches, and great restaurants. It is a quiet, safe community, has a wonderful pool area. Easy to find from the airport and a short drive to the main grocery store and Grace Bay beach. The communication with Alexandria / Johnathan was very good! They are responsive and they care about their guests, making sure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Very informative about the area and made awesome recommendations of things to do and places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. The family was extremely kind, responsive, helpful and proactive to any issues that arose. Wilbert even came all the way to the airport so I could follow him to the Airbnb - as a solo traveler attempting to drive on the opposite side of the road - I really appreciated this! The whole property had a clean, calm, relaxing, restful aura about it and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. On the final day, Christine even invited me to have lunch with them. I sadly had to decline due to airport/travel logistics, but I was and still am so touched by the gesture. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

This place was wonderful in every way. Great location and responsive host. Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to a life threatening situation. Meelike was wonderful to work with my family that was still there (staying at another location) and helped them to get the belongs we had to leave behind. Wish more than anything we could have stayed and enjoyed it.

We had an incredible stay at Danielle's studio in Turks and Caicos! Danielle was a fantastic host—responsive, informative, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The studio itself was spotless, well-maintained, and in a perfect location, making it easy to access everything we wanted to explore. One of the highlights was the inclusion of a car, which made it so convenient to get around and discover all the beauty Provo has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We’ve been staying in airbnbs for 12 years and this is one of the best. Although the interior is beautiful, clean, modern and well equipped, what really makes it stand out is the outdoor space. A large infinity pool overlooking the sea has sun all day, and is surrounded by a huge double-decker patio with lots of available shade, gorgeous Caribbean views and plenty of comfy, cushioned seating. The sunsets were so beautiful that on several nights we decided to stay in to watch the sun go down, and eat dinner under the stars. Great neighbourhood filled with seaside villas and 2 of the best beaches on the island (Sapadilla Bay and Taylor Bay).

Ulma has a beautiful property with accurate pictures and all the amenities I could have asked for. The townhome had plenty of space for my family of 4 (10 yo son, 8 yo daughter, wife and I). The kitchen had every glass, cup, plate, pot, pan, tool, or gadget we could have imagined. The outdoor patio had umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear, various floaties, buckets, shovels, various other beach toys, coolers, and bags to carry the stuff to the beach. We all LOVED the amount of things provided to enhance your beach experience, including plenty of beach towels and the washer/dryer. The Turtle Cove location was perfect for us as it is central to many island activities. We went on a Seaside Scavenger Hunt by Caribbean Cruisin, Horseback Riding by Heritage Tours, the Wednesday Night Party at Da Conch Shack, and relaxing sunsets at Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches, all no more than a 20 min drive from Ulma’s place. I HIGHLY recommend Ulma’s property based on the space, amenities & location!

Our stay was awesome! Beautiful view, comfy bed and walk to the beach in 10 mins, so quiet and beautiful water. Restaurant choices close by. Short taxi for groceries or trip to busier Grace Bay. Recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Turks!

This condo is so lovely and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Stephanie knows the area well and offered extensive recommendations/home instructions. We found her suggestion to check a suitcase to bring some food was a real money saver. Groceries are expensive in T&C, so we just bought a few fresh items at the grocery store that is walking distance from the condo. We felt very safe walking around here. A few things we especially loved: seeing the treetops from our bedroom slider, the clothesline out back, the pretty island decor, the front porch with fairy lights, and the cleanliness of the entire unit - even the small floor space between the fridge and cabinets was clean!

My feedback is based primarily on the unit size, location, pool and host. We have stayed at Yacht Club a couple times and love the marina view and how quit it is. The bed is very comfortable! The unit is 3rd floor and the view to the North of the sea is awesome and the view from the patio is of the Marina, beautiful at night! We love to cook and grill and this is part of the reason we do the ABnB. However there is no grill and the kitchen is only stocked with bare bones items (I did not downgrade the review because we should have asked more questions). Cleanliness of furniture and general cleaning needs to be improved. Thanks for making this available to us.

This listing is a GEM! 💎 It is exactly as described - private and away from “all things touristy.” You nearly have a beach to yourself. The National Park is adjacent to the property which means you have beautiful land to stroll through or next to while you’re on the beach. Matt and Erin were so very helpful with their recommendations. There isn’t a thing they haven’t thought of to have in their apartment.

Danielle is a top notch hostess. She has provided helpful recos, always responsive and super friendly. The property is spacious, clean, quiet, with everything you need for a perfect stay including generous number of towels.

My husband and I have stayed 2x in Adam’s properties; 7x in Turks and Caicos in the last 2 years. Adam and is his team are truly super hosts. The condos are pristine, with super fast WiFi, Amazon, Netflix, etc. The King bed is super comfortable and the bedroom has blackout shades. The kitchen has everything you need- and the condo comes with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and laundry supplies. Spending a week here would cost us literally less than 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton. Pro tip if you are trying to save- book this place if you are a 6 hour flight away. Pack a refrigerated bag with ice packs and stock it with any dairy (cheeses/ cream cheese) and frozen meat (bacon, cold cuts). Everything in T&C has to be imported, so bring whatever groceries you can. You are also allowed to bring alcohol (check the customs information on amounts). One of the best things about the condo is its steps away from the best grocery store on the island which is also really convenient! Best Airbnb ever!

Second time staying at Yonette’s beautiful ocean view condo overlooking Turtle Cove. The views of Grace Bay are spectacular, the contrasts of the colors of the water on the bay are stunning! We went to 4 great restaurants in the area; each one has its own flair and food and drinks were delicious! Beach access is close by with beach chairs and great high quality beach towels provided, and the bath towels were just as luxurious, not your normal hotel towel! Queen Angel is very quiet, coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over Grace Bay and then enjoy the setting sun from the front porch before heading out to dinner! Love this place and the effort Yonette makes to create a home away from home. Property Manager Melicia was responsive, and helpful but we really didn’t any help because everything was perfect! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Yonette! Love your condo!
