This property was very comfortable and near downtown area which was very convenient. Lot's of space for us (4 adults) to relax and enjoy our stay.

Great stay! Clean, cozy, and updated. Easy walk to the lake and nice big yard for everyone to run around.

wow! when we were looking for a place to host a family getaway we didn't know what we were in for with this hidden gem! absolutely fantastic 👏 inside and out, so much charm and so clean. lots of fun touches like the bar in the middle of the entertaining area, sunken living room, and mini golf and hot tub outside. we felt off the grid with so many amenities. we never left for the entire time! p.s. we WILL be back! and to drive the point home even more--we are local and this is the place we will plan future family gatherings!

My husband and I spent a few cozy days at The View House. The location is quiet and the house has great amenities. It's just a short drive to Nevada City and Grass Valley, both of which have good restaurants and unique shops. Kyle was a great host, provided a lot of information and local recommendations, and was always quick to communicate.

We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and pro active. everything was as described and we enjoyed the place. would definitely stay here again!

We had a very relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the cabin was a good base camp for our day hiking adventures. We even found expansive views and hiking out the back door as the location of the cabin is near the end of the housing development. The wifi was fast and reliable for zoom meetings. On colder days it was great to sit in front of the big wood stove and enjoy a fire. Paul provided quick and supportive responses to all of our inquiries.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Aware House near Ananda, hosted by Michelle. Michelle was extremely easy to contact and communicate with. The directions were really clear and useful, particularly in the dark on a hilly road! We would definitely like to stay here again. The beauty of the area is not to be underestimated. Mother Trucker's has everything you might need for meals and there are more things to do than time!

Lucí was a great host! Very attentive. The space was perfect for our large group. The toiletries she had put were life savers as some of our group forgot a toothbrush or lotion. Would stay again!
