The house is spacious, bright and comfortable to stay in. The presence of the veranda is a plus. Very good hospitality and good responsiveness from the hosts.

As noted in the guestbook in the living room, the house and the hosts are exceptional. Our rental was after 7 p.m. and 2 hours later we were very well hosted in a very clean house with a fireplace as welcoming as Hélène and Claude. My colleague Georges was able to enjoy the comfort of a large master suite upstairs. As for the fireplace, I was the one who enjoyed it from the very cozy sofa bed. Short but very good experience (2 nights). To rent without so much as a second thought. Mohammed.

Very well-kept house with large garden in a quiet area. Everything was available as described. Very clean! However, there is a seating area in the seat for a group of 6. Pool was a nice plus for in good weather. Some wineries within walking distance, were just a short distance from Chateau de Chambord and Orléans. In summary, a very nice stay!

Gérard's accommodation and estate are really excellent! Completely tastefully renovated, the accommodation is great and perfectly meets the expectations of a modern Airbnb. The estate is very large, lots of charm and the activities available are a real plus! Finally, Gérard is very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

The apartment met my expectations exactly. I lived there for four weeks and didn't miss anything at all. The hosts were always available and responded immediately. Access to the apartment was also very easy on the first mail. The amenities were of the highest standard: everything very modern, renovated, very clean and exactly as described in the advertisement. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, washing machine, TV, internet, heating, elevator, etc. etc.: I liked everything very much and everything worked very well. Above all, the central location is great, not far from the tram and with balcony views of the Loire (in sunshine: my favorite place!). It was also great that I had my own parking space. If I lived in Orléans full time, I would want an apartment like Charlotte and Bruno's! Thanks for having me!

Valentin was an excellent host—very helpful and attentive. The place was quiet, well-appointed, and had a lovely private courtyard. He even went out of his way to secure a parking spot for us on the street before our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place.

This is the second time we've come to Brani's but the first time in the workshop cottage. What a pleasure to be in this accommodation in the heart of the winter grayness to have a good time in the warmth of the Jacuzzi and sauna. It was truly a relaxing bubble.
