I cannot believe that all of Carole’s positive reviews are true, honest, and very humble. Carole’s chateau provides the perfect serenity to escape city-life. My partner and I were made to feel right at home, and warmly taken care of. We have had a better holiday than we ever could have imagined, due to Carole and her family’s help! Despite the language barrier, Carole found solutions to every single of our needs. We learnt French, while she learnt English! My partner and I did not want to leave this beautiful haven, and are keen to return as soon as we can. This place is surrounded by lovely towns and cities, with enticing character, and the property itself is accompanied with delicious winery!

An excellent warm and personal welcome was provided to our family. Ariane and family welcomed us into their home and were extremely friendly. They provided a lovely French breakfast with fresh eggs and pancakes. Both ourselves and our children loved our stay! If passing through again we would definitely return. Thoroughly recommend.

Awesome place to stay in the autumn season 🍂 typical house of the Loire et Cher region, picturesque architecture from hundred years and stylish decoration made by Savina. We stayed only 2 nights but could have easily been more. Savina is a top-host! Making you at ease in her house and providing local tips on the region’s wonders to discover all around her residence! If you stay there, say hi to Hercule the dog in a cat body!!

Ivana's home was an incredible place to stay. Absolutely beautifully presented and decorated throughout with amazing views of the local countryside. It was a huge privilege to stay there. Ivana was an amazing host, really kind, welcoming and informative and made great recommendations about the local area. Ivana's breakfasts were absolutely legendary with homemade bread and preserves and it was clear to see the pride Ivana took in her home and everything she did, including the beautiful music that greeted us on our way down to breakfast! Exceptional site and accommodation in the beautifully appointed mill. Beautiful 360 views of the vineyards and the Loire Valley. Great for getting away to an exceptional place. Located on the passages of GR for mountain biking or hiking. Everything was spotless. I would highly recommend it.
