Tathastu is an extremely good place to stay. The property, the food, the location, everything is perfect. Rahul was very active in helping us in finding the place, arranging scooty and checking our status for our convenience. The food provided in Tathastu was also good, especially for someone travelling from Delhi. Overall the experience was very good and it is recommended to stay here atleast once when you visit Kausani. PS - The location is very close to nature hence not in the main market, so it suggested to arrange some mode of transportation for to and fro from the property.

A riverside gazebo features a thatched roof and is surrounded by lush greenery and rocky terrain. Steps lead down to the water's edge, where pebbles and small boulders outline the river. The area offers a serene setting for relaxation and contemplation.

I came here as solo ... didn't expect so much.. seriously it's amazing place ...i would say wow is less than that...surrounding is pristine,pure nature....Such a BLISS Perfect place to unwind & Soak yourself in nature What more one can ask for River ,waterfall ,nature ... All at one place !!!! Should be on every body list 👍👍

Although it was a short stay I had a good experience. The location and overall rustic vibe was great. If you’re looking for a place a little away from the commercial part of Kasar Devi then this is definitely a good option. Especially good for solo travelers like me.

The property is located on a hill top, with 360 degree view. You have to trek a little to reach there, but once you are there it is mesmerizing. You get a clear view of snow cladded mountains from a hill top, here you can have lunch, have a bonfire or just sit idle watching the scenery. The host, Tarun, is extraordinarily helpful and proactive. The food is great and freshly prepared with local ingredients wherever feasible. 5 star for everything. Don't miss this.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful AirBnB in Kasar Devi. The location is mesmerizing and you can enjoy the same from the window of the bedroom, while lying on your bed !!!! The house is very clean and the caretaker is superb and the host is very responsive. The best part of the entire stay was the carefully designed house and thoughtfully provided amenities. The power back up was provided, the refrigerator was clean and the gas and basic utensils were also neat and clean.

The stone cabin is illuminated from within, contrasting against the twilight sky. Warm light flows through the windows, highlighting the architectural features, while the surrounding trees create a serene and private setting.

We had a great stay at Vivek’s place. as per the description this place is fully self sufficient for individuals wants to stay in off beat places. Cottage is full of state of the art amenities and you couldn’t ask for more for in a home stay. Best stay options at Kausani. Reaching to the cottage involves 300-400 meter climb so may not be suitable for elderly people knee issues.

A big shoutout to Shambu and Pankaj, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality was heartfelt, and they ensured we felt at home. Digvijayji is a fantastic host and everything at the cabin was as expected or even more. Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Views of the Himalayas were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook when we wanted to. Icing on the cake was the caretaker, Girishji who is a very caring person. Pine Valley Camps is a place for families and groups who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and all things fancy. The simple mud huts and the spacious camp area provides for a relaxing time with enough physical activities to engage in. A small ten minute scenic walk to a river where you can dip yourself and enjoy. The hospitality of kheem ji and his brother who always went out of their way to provide for everything you need to be comfortable. A 10 minute drive to a small town to buy daily needs. An hour drive to Binsar Wildlife sanctuary for hiking and bird watching. A much cooler weather than Nainital and only an hour away from Almora. this place has it all for a holiday of your life at reasonable cost.
