New internet connection Apartment house and flat is completely renovated. Studio is very bright and design in modern scandinavian style with stylish mezzanine. You will feel relaxed in sofa, watching Netflix after whole day experience in Lodz. Since the apartment is on the upper ground floor and has it's private door, you will experience the beauty of little courtyard. There is low traffic on the Woonerf street where the flat is and the neighborhood of the railway station is its next advantage.

Cozy apartment in the hearth of Lodz city. Three minutes walking distance to the main street - Piotrkowska Street - where you will find restaurants, cinemas, cafes and shops. Close to the big park, shopping malls etc. Apartment (44m2) consist of alcove bedroom and living room, kitchen and bathroom. Perfect place for everybody looking for comfortable space. There is a lovely bed for two and sofa can be unfold providing sleeping space for two more people. You can park your car in the backyard.

The tenement house went through a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are new. Piotrkowska Street is the real heart of Łódź, and our apartment is in the heart of that heart :) It's not easy to find a better spot in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for short trips and longer stays for 2-4 people. It is functional and fully equipped.
