We have stayed as a family to spend Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the flue make the house is hot even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect town to enjoy a magnificent oenological experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We will not hesitate to repeat! Place of 10, an amazing hospitality I had never seen. Attentive, friendly, collaborators, giving a 10 is short. If you're thinking about spending a weekend or even 10 days, it's perfect. If you are looking for a rural and quiet area in the area, it is suitable.

Perfect house for large groups in Rioja Alavesa. Very good location and very quiet area! The perfect bbq txoko to enjoy a good dinner!

The house is in a beautiful environment, minutes walk from the village of Otxandio, very well connected by road in either direction. The house is very well equipped, and very comfortable for a large group. The pieces were spacious and the garden very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

A fantastic house, with large beds, nicely decorated. The movie-worthy outdoor spaces, close to many wineries and in a lovely village! We will definitely be back next year! And Daniel is a super host!

A classic Basque farmhouse, thick walls, small windows, so not filled with natural light, no surprise. For the same reasons, cozy and charming, rustic. Four bedrooms and at least 3 baths, I didn’t count, for sure more than enough room for our extended family of five adults plus a six month old. Apegindana is a very small village nestled into gorgeous countryside. Our only disappointment was that there is no view from inside the house. But there are beautiful walks in all directions. There are no shops in the village, but everything we needed was within a 15 - 20 minute drive. if you were looking for a serene and tranquil retreat within an 30 to 60 minute drive of charming Basque towns, this is the place. Ana and Inaki are a very nice couple, welcoming and offering many helpful suggestions First rate hosts.

Accommodation exactly as described by Elena. Perfect setting, quiet, but next to Ablitas and other shops. Perfect bedding, outdoor garden setting... Etc.... perfect. Elena and her husband are very kind and very friendly, very available... We'll be back! Karine and Michel

A great choice for a peaceful break in the heart of Rioja. Ana is fantastic - full of tips and a perfect host, who met us at the door for a short tour. The house has bags of character so great to get that from her! Our week at the house was perfect - it was warm, so eating outside, using the 'summer kitchen' just inside was simple. The view of Treviana from the house is beautiful and adds a great sense of location. Worth saying there's no shop or restaurant in the town - so trips will be car based, but Haro and Logrono are amazing, and there are lots of great small towns, supermarkets and bodegas for wine tasting a short drive away. The house is huge - and i think better than the pictures. Its old and full of character and some family possessions, but from the large dusty wine cellar to the huge entry door, its really impressive. Living areas like bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens were clean and in good condition.

Iker, super attentive and majo. The hostel has a unique floor, a shared garden with a good staircase with railing to go down to it, the pool of the perfect size not to do the goat but cool off. In turn, we have another additional garden with a separate street entrance, with simple climbing wall, hose and snack. We were going well, with music and evidence of the village and without problems, we made noise until 1.30 on the street and a little more inside the house, no problem for the neighbors next door (they didn't tell us anything) the main living room is spacious for group meals. We've had the fortune to coincide with the star rains of August, from the patio, covering the lights and its sensors you can see the sky without light pollution barely, beautiful. The hostel pool is shared with the guests of a cottage from within the village, but we are going no problem for us Repeating if we can.
